Betty Hill (first reported abductee) drew out a map in the 60's showing exactly where Zeta 1 & Zeta 2 Reticuli are long before anyone on Earth could have had any idea about them. They are 2 planets that are over 100x closer to eachother than we are to any star & formed i think over a million years before Earth.
Then, Bob Lazar, a former employee of Area 51 went on record talking about his job de-engineering UFO's at Area 51 & stating how they also could have come from the same planets Betty Hill talks about.
I haven't read much on the shamans though, do they talk about the same planets?

Well I started tripping about 30 years ago.
The thing about hallucinations - maybe you've never seen them? - is that they look EXACTLY like something that's physically in front of you.  That's what they are...

Having done this kind of thing, had vision trips of wild mushroom locations (as if flying in a plane) and the next day drove to the exact spot and found copious quantities of liberty caps growing there (and nowhere else near by), yes, I say it's real.
How does it work? Well, that's a lot more complicated. I've done spiritual work with the aid of spirits that had strong effects in "reality". It's real to me, just a different "kind" of real. Spirits are here whether you know it or not and have their effect in our reality, I turn to them for the really tough problems.
And then there's the other stuff - stuff I'm not going to talk about yet.
