This is the method that Dignitas(assisted dying organisation) does for people with terminal illnesses. It's the most humane method. Here's a video to show how peaceful it is.
In general, Dignitas uses the following protocol to assist suicides: an oral dose of an antiemetic drug, followed approximately 30 minutes later by a lethal overdose of powdered pentobarbital dissolved in a glass of water or fruit juice. If necessary, the drugs can be ingested via a drinking straw. The pentobarbital overdose depresses the central nervous system, causing the person to become drowsy and fall asleep within 10 minutes of drinking it. Anaesthesia progresses to coma as the person's breathing becomes more shallow. Death is caused by respiratory arrest, which occurs within 30 minutes of ingesting the pentobarbital.

Roll up a blunt of some killer green, load up your gun. Put the barrel to your head and squeeze. If to pussy to do that, take that loaded gun outside & pull it on the first cop you see, they will gun you down for sure.

I'm a little disappointed - I figured they'd be some pretty good answers =/
And there are reasons to kill yourself - maybe you are facing life in prison, or have late-stage cancer or als or something. Maybe your dick got cut off in a freak accident, or you're really fat, or just aren't rich and pretty.
Anyway, I'd say ketamine - injectable so you can't puke it up, probably an awesome way to go.

even if i knew, i probably wouldn't be giving someone advice on how to do it. i think everyone has a right to choose whether or not to throw away their life, but i certainly don't have to aid in that decision.

None. I've lost two dear friends to drug overdose and it's a very sad thing to have happen. Stay alive, see what good things are in store for you. Life can get splendid  Come on, isn't this a mushies message board?!?! Take a trip that won't kill you and enjoy something. Mescaline in the park on a sunny day was fun for me
