Family guy is fuckin stupid now. It used to be hilarious stupid when it first came out and its just been a slow roll down shit mountain ever since.

While I mostly agree with  you really have to check this episode out. It is a pretty epic trip. Cartoons lend themselves well to creating fantastical trip-scapes.

Even the worst episode of family guy is better than 90% of the shit on tv these days. Sure, theres good episodes and bad episodes...but c'mon. Its not that bad. Theres always a good laugh in there somewhere.

I'm really glad that Meg finally spoke up and stood up for herself.
Also,  @ Stewie: "Ohh, dude, I think I can feel it too. I'm getting a context high" <-- I laughed out loud for a while after that.
On a sidenote.. That had to of been a terrible trip, not only during it, but the afterglow of it. (Although, I wish cartoon producers would more accurately display drugs)
I'd give the episode a 6.5/10

Watched it this morning and thought there'd be a thread about it. Whether you like Family Guy or not, this animation sequence is very cool, if a little dark..

No I think they did a wonderful job representing mushrooms in the episode.
Please, do we need them to show how much fun mushrooms are and what it's really like so a bunch of children can go out and get hurt? I'd rather them show a "bad trip" and scare any idiots away from mushrooms cause "BRAIN FROM FAMILY GUY DID THEM AND THAT SHIT LOOKED SCAREY!11"

Just saw it tonight. I think it was worth it. Didnt like the ear cutting but then FG is a habitual line stepper. I liked how it was just random scary shit that a bad trip could probably produce. Either that or a very high dose...and even though he only took probably less than an 1/8, hes a dog lol sooo...
I rofl'd so hard when i saw his pupils in the living room and then how he tiptoed out. Hilarious! (even if the rest sucked)
