If anyone is really good at graphics on the computer, PM me, or write back, i'm trying to start a pretty cool project, i'm a PHP/MYSQL programmer, with extensive knowledge in javascript aswell..
but who want's to program without a nice graphics guy

Depending what kind of graphics you need, maybe I can do them. Can't tell yet. Cool about being a PHP/MySQL dude. I really need to learn those and step up my web game.

Trying to create a pretty sweet text based RPG structure based off being a drug lord, gaining cash, raiding members, going to shows, starting families (crews) the idea has just brewed, i have massive experience with building games, this should be fun. I just need someone who would get down with me

Why?
A wall texture is a wall texture. Just use one of the loads of existing ones. Alter it if nessacery or create one from scratch.  Just seems more logical to edit an existing one or use existing ones if they are good enough.
I know what you mean but I doubt anyones gonna wanna spend months/years making graphics that already exist for no money

Sounds alot like mafia wars and similar games that have have already outlived their popular days. I was working on a similar thing back before any of those came out but unfortunately never finished it.

have you heard of outwar? or roguerpg before.? far more advanced than mafia-wars, they're really not outdated, just mafia wars, which has been for years now..

Because I have nothing but time on my hands, i enjoy programming and I need something to keep busy, a heady website to keep people busy doesn't sound like a bad idea, the money income are out of this world on these interactive browser games, you're just being negative on the idea.

to add to the idea... Your friends come up to you and have conversations with you so you end up going to the mall with them, only to look back and realize your friend was never there in the first place.
And to top it all off you dropped all your cigs and need to pick as many of them up as possible on your journey back home.
