I'm in the same boat... place an order on the 19th, it's now the 26th (a full week) and it hasn't been shipped out yet. I tried to contact them but I'm getting no response as well 
How do you get into contact with these people? It's seems nearly impossible. >_<

I'm having the same problem. I ordered my spores on the 18th and they still haven't been shipped. Which is strange because my last order was shipped the next day and I never had any issues with them.

Yup, I got emailed Friday saying my order would be shipped on Monday, it's Tuesday and nothing... It doesn't even say shipped on my status.

Many things can happen with a vendor, he could be waiting on supplies to
make more syringes (Syringes, caps, packaging etc). He could be waiting
on prints from suppliers to make said syringes and take care of orders.
Most vendors do not pre-make syringes, so it CAN take time to get your
order from print to syringe. Sometimes life happens, people die, things
get hectic, mistakes happen. To me at least it seems like a lot of people
are just plain impatient. Good things come to those who wait.
Everyone ultimately receives what they ordered, within a reasonable
time frame IMO (Coming from a Canadian who has to wait 2-3 weeks for
packages), and clearly he offers a quality product for microscopic
viewing.

You have said your piece, several times over, you did not enjoy the
experience, so why not move along and order from another sponsor instead
of slandering and continuing to complain to anyone that will listen?
I mean no offense but clearly most people are O.K with the service and
some are not happy with the processing shipping time. You have relayed
your experience to other members, why continue to bad mouth and belittle
a sponsor who does deliver a quality product?

I'm happy with freespores, I only sent one email and I got a response. My enoki wasn't ready and I opted for a different culture instead of waiting, problem solved.
If you can't be patient now, then how the hell do you expect to even grow?
