I live along the San Madrid in the Ozark mountains, we also, are likely to see "the big one" soon.
Thankfully I live at high altitude, and second tier from a lake with 1200 miles shoreline.
If this quake hits aNywhere near here, the dam will collapse and shit will be hectic.

I can't buy that. This is retarded. You're going to break off a land mass that if you flattened out would have more than two times the land mass as the great plains (mountains to valleys between 14,000ft and sealevel), and somehow make it 'disappear'? Where's it going to go? You're going to sink it into the earth or something? The ocean won't take that, that's too much land mass, and the wrong area of land.

Got any supporting evidence on this, any explanation to how this is going to occur RP?
