This video makes me angry.
Holding the employees personally responsible is stupid though. The only people that should be personally responsible to a crime are those who are personally responsible, which the employee's aren't.
It seems as though those responsible have been found and charged with their respective crimes. The employee(s) being fired are getting their punishment in being fired, I don't think anything else is necessary.
But still this video makes me angry, if I were there I would have opened the bathroom booted the two black chicks in the ass so they fell in the bathroom, then closed the door and hold that shit shut until the cops arrived.

Like the guy in the video kept doing? I skipped through it, but all I saw wal-mart manager doing was trying to get the two stupid bitches out the door, just like you said.

why should it be an issue, if there's 2 stalls it's meant for a couple of people to use at the same time, to deny them the right to use to bathroom like any other customer would be discrimination

Number one, we're talking about a dudes job on the line. He's got to stand there and watch this, while at the same time thinking to himself "Do I risk my job for someone I don't know, because it's the decent thing to do? Or do I stand back and try to get some help in here? Do I do nothing?" He's probably got a family to feed, and working at Mickey D's isn't exactly putting a Lexus in his driveway. He tried to get 'em out of there, but short of beating some ass (and possibly getting a beatdown in return from either the girls boyfriend, father, brother, or gang affiliate) there wasn't much he could do. There's not much you CAN do when you're the guy in charge, except call the cops, because anything else could get your ass fired.
And I'm all for equality man, I really am. I think if you're born a dude, and you decide you wanna be a chick, that's all well and good. But this is new territory for us, as humanity. This isn't something we've been able to deal with before. We've had cross dressers and eunuchs and all manner of things, but this is the first time in history society is challenged by the idea of a person being able to change their physical sex through surgery. That girl, despite her decisions, is a girl, and deserves to take a shit in the ladies room, in my opinion, but there's still a stigma that hey, the chick next to me is peeing standing up, or she's got a deep voice, it must be a dude trying to look at my cooter. People don't know what to do in a situation like that, and it sucks that it happened, but it's gonna happen. It sucks, and there's not a lot to do about it, but it happened.
It's like Rosa Parks man, someone had to tell that broad to get to the back of the bus to start waking people up that it was WRONG to ask her that.

Do we know that this person, who happened to be a transsexual, didn't fuck one of these girls' boyfriends or anything else?
What else do we know? All I can find is that the BPD, which isn't noted for it's integrity, supports holding employees who are certainly being paid very little accountable for...what. Being assholes? Standing by while someone is hurt? Every single person on this site has done this to some extent, or they have not left a room since their birth.

Fuck that, really. If McDonalds workers are to moonlight as a police officer, give them a fucking living wage. Looks like the manager did try to break it up also, likely the only guy in house making enough money to feed kids and keep his high-speed internet up.
And whether girl or boy, or both, if the VICTIM isn't going to try to fight back, why should a Baltimore McDonalds employee do so? Common decency? Sure, but most common people aren't so often decent.

I think the problem here is that McDonald's has policies to deal with this type of situation when it's gay people who are victimized, but not for when transgendered people are victimized.

If you work there and you can stop it, its your moral duty to stop it regardless of policy.
They kicked and beat her to the point of seizures, that often means serious brain damage or spine damage, that may have lasting effects beyond the mental trauma.
