 Females opinion on condoms

Do you think condoms take away from sex much? As a female? I know most guys will complain.
When my ex was on birth control she loved when i finished in her because it was warm and intense.

For me, barely if at all, unless the condom is a bad fit (too loose). I often can't tell the difference and it is nice when the guy doesn't have to pull out at the end (yes, i know this is not a very good birth control method). Birth control is bad news for many females, though not all. It fucks me up pretty good, so I won't take it. It does suck that it takes away some of the sensation for the guy, though taking birth control is far worse on my body compared with the down side of losing some sensation.
I do like the idea of birth control as it puts me in charge of preventing the unwanted pregnancy, since it seems like a lot of guys lose control of their better judgement, especially since the consequences do not cause unwanted growth inside of them. But yeah, it just doesn't work for me, so condoms it is.
On a side note, one time I tried a female condom.... MAN was that annoying! It was like fucking a plastic shopping bag- the noise was ridiculous and I don't think either of us felt much of anything.

I'm just answering all your threads. lol.
I don't mind condoms because I can't take any form of hormonal birth control. My usually high libido drops to almost non-existent, then I get fat and cranky. I don't enjoy sex as much when I do get it.
However, I know what your girlfriend is talking about. When we were using the pill, I loved feeling him orgasm inside. It was so hot, feeling him throb. When we would orgasm together, it was the best.
So, for me it is better without condoms if you can find another form of reliable, non-hormonal birth control. My bf hates condoms, so he just pulls out. Sometimes I beg him to wear one just so we can come together/feel him come inside.

Anon 2, you should warn her that after a month or few she might lose interest in sex, become moody (for some, a downright megabitch), and is very likely to gain weight. Please warn her.
That said, I think every girl should try it just to see how it works for them. Some women feel better on it and some don't notice any change.
Also, it won't be much fun for YOU either, if she stops having sex with you and gets fat and bitchy.

I can't particularly recall what they feel like, but I remember not liking the sensation as much. It felt colder or something, which made it not feel as good. I'm not sure if thats the term I am looking for but it's what my brain is pulling up right now.

I can't use latex condoms because they hurt me, dry me out and make me kind of breakout.
In short, I DETEST condoms.

Yeah, I am allergic to latex too. The skyn brand by lifestyles is an okay non-latex condom, but the avanti by durex is pretty awful. Both brands suffer from being only one size, so it can be a problem if the guy is bigger than "average"; then it can cut off blood flow and really reduce sensation.
Yeah, I guess i prefer sex without a condom, but the worry of pregnancy can kill the mood for me, and make sex not fun 'cause I'll be too concerned with making sure there are no "accidents" instead of actually getting into it.

Trojan makes polyurethane condoms. One size though. They were a bit tight on me.

Ive been on the bc pill for probably a year and a half now and I havent gotten fat, nor did it ruined my sex drive at all, though it has made me not get wet like i used to...but lube fixes that.
The other day my partner and I used condoms (long story) and they didnt feel bad or anything to me but I think they made him get soft, which he never gets... but it could have been the cocaine....

Stimulants can totally make some guys go limp. But then, so can condoms if they are a poor fit or you haven't used one in a long time. In your case it was probably a combination of the cocaine + condom that caused issues.
The first year I used birth control everything seemed fine, but then i went off of it for a few years (i just ran out and didn't try to figure out how to get more) and when I started back up on the same exact thing I gained weight and was less interested in sex.

I take it because I have really random periods. I'll be super normal for a while, and then bam, nothing for a few months. That shit is scary as fuck when you are sexually active.

That sucks. Was it like that before BC or after? I know on BC girls can also get weird periods.

Before...hence why I took it, haha. I knew exactly when it would come almost down to the time of day. Its fucking awesome. It reduces my cramps and only lasted 4 days, too.
I like having balanced emotional health more, though. I'm no longer sexually active so I have no need to take it.

Oh a lot of girls first take it for a contraceptive. Or for shorter periods. Or less frequent periods.
Its an easy pill to market. But i don't trust it.
Yaz got taken off of the market. I knew a few girls who got trembles in their body after using it too long because it messes with you Potassium / Magnesium levels.

I hate condoms... very few (like trojan ecstasy, and durex pleasuremax) are ok... usually they cut off the circulation of blood to the rest of my dick and it goes numb... not to mention leaves a huge red ring around the base of my cock.

i cant tell the difference if he wears a condom or not. i dont like the pull out method either though bc it's not too safe plus the clean up. VCF is where it's at ladies. last for 3-4 hours, spermicide film.

I can hardly finish with a condom and thankfully my girlfriend doesn't like them either. She says they feel weird and uncomfortable/unnatural. She's on birth control to help with cramps so its been a long time since we used one but when we did in the past (if she forgot to take it one day) the sex didn't last long mostly because it didn't even feel good so we stopped.
She doesn't like it when I finish in her though  cause then it slowly drips out for the rest of the day and messes up her underwear.

bleh i hate condoms. i am so glad that my boyfriend was a virgin when i met him, and i was clean and on birth control, because i doubt our sex would have ever been as amazing as it is if we had to use condoms evey time. they just take away from the pleasure and intimacy.
