my fav band however is nightwish! i been listening to alot of delain, within temptation, epic, unsun, sirenia

im not that deep but it sounds you have good death metal army lined up. HIM is not death metal by any means but i still think they have good tunes, very good guitarist, oh and children of bodum, heavy shit.

Was really into it for a couple years. Alot of it sounds cheesy as hell but there's definitely some great bands. Anathema, Tiamat, Paradise Lost, Type O, and early Theatre of Tragedy come to mind. Wish the harddrive with all my metal hadn't died 
I used to fucking love Lacuna Coil, but I'm a little embarassed of that now

Word! They kinda do have a gothic metal feel to them... I can't think of any particularly gothic songs but its okay they're all badass
