Look at every single top rated QB in the league, they all at one point or another had multiple pro-bowl recievers and offensive linemen.
Sports casters talk about Rodgers being good, because he IS good. Who cares if they ride his nuts and give him tons of hype. THATS WHAT NEWS DOES.

You don't get it. Put Rodgers on a team with a bunch of crappy players, and he'll still be overrated, or underrated, depending on who's assessing him.
