Yeah, I always have to tweak my speaking depending on who I'm talking to - fortunately I only have a limited group of latino friends where I am now.
The one phrase I always use regardless of where my buddies are from is pura vida.

Well, didn't find any dank down there. I did find some weed, but it was your average brown seedy mexican shit. It got the job done. Nice to be back in the states with some dank ass buds.
