I don't think anyone here is enlightened, otherwise, they would forgo wasting energy on computers for pure entertainment.

no one's in nirvana
an enlightened being can still appear to be in samsara while really in non-abiding nirvana, which is samsara seen clearly through enlightened perception - so 'being here' and 'being in nirvana' are not in opposition

I disagree. According to Meher Baba to attain realization and remain in this world is beyond incredibly rare. Apparently you become nirvana and never return to illusion.
That is why I'm not striving for enlightenment with all my effort. I don't want to

nirvana is the state where suffering does not arise with inherent existence and does not cease with inherent existence
really though, all phenomena fit this characterization, all phenomena are emptiness - so this is non-abiding nirvana right now, just unrealized
samsara and nirvana are two ways of looking at the same thing really, one with delusion and attachment present and the other without
paranirvana is different, that's when an enlightened being dies and the subtle karmic traces and the body disconnect from awareness and all that's left is the non-dual awareness/peace of nirvana, like dissolving into infinity
buddha taught from non-abiding nirvana, when his body died he 'entered paranirvana' - but really the whole time he didn't really move
enlightened beings can choose to be reborn though, through crystallizing their skandhas (personality factors) at the time of death so these do not dissolve. or they can fully enter paranirvana which utterly dissolves all traces and permanently ends the reincarnation process - if 'they' were reborn after this, there would be no connection to the former incarnation whatsoever
that's what i've heard anyways
