Thanks to the media, the majority of the people have no idea the underwear bomber was helped through security by a government official. It was also designed as an excuse to use the new x-ray machines at security checkpoints in the airports. Wait till you travel and you get to be bombarded with iodized radiation and your image is sold on the internet.

The perfect boogieman is the terrorist. Thanks to the false flag operations like Oklahoma Bombing and WACO, even a US citizen can be a terrorist. It seems that if they stop selling these people the guns and bombs, maybe they wouldn't be able to carry out any threats. Where do you think all the weapons come from that are used in their fake terrorist agenda? Did you know that our misguided serviceman in Iraq and Afghanistan find enemy caches of our own military weapons? Guess who the number one arms dealer in the world is?

The complicit and criminal mainstream media always does a great job of spreading fear. They sell the false threat to all those confused Matrix dwellers watching Dancing With the Stars. Unlike an informed citizen, Matrix dwellers are completely oblivious to our government's role in keeping their fake terrorism illusion alive. They don't see it. Generations have been duped by events like Pearl Harbor, Lusitania, Bay of Tonkin, USS Liberty...giving our criminal government cart blanche when it comes to feeding the Industrial Military Complex all the necessary funds and military equipment to establish a police state. We actually pay for our own enslavement with our debt.

Why do we support a government that has such a rich history of lying to us? When they are caught, we put their patsy on trial, usually with a death sentence or public execution, but not the people who are truly responsible for the crime.

Project Blue Book was one of a series of systematic studies of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) conducted by the United States Air Force (U.S.A.F.). Started in 1952, it was the second revival of such a study (the first two of its kind being Projects Sign and Grudge). A termination order was given for the study in December 1969, and all activity under its auspices ceased in January 1970.
Project Blue Book had two goals:
1. to determine if UFOs were a threat to national security, and
2. to scientifically analyze UFO-related data.

How To Opt Out of the TSA's Naked Body Scanners at the Airport

I encountered my first airport naked body scanner while flying out of California today, and of course I decided to "opt out" of the scan. You do this by telling the blue-shirted TSA agents that you simply wish to opt out of the body scanner. Here's what happened after that:

A TSA agent told me to step to the side and stay put. He then proceeded to shout out loudly enough for all the other travelers and TSA agents to hear, "OPT OUT! OPT OUT!" This is no doubt designed to attract attention (or perhaps humiliation) to those who choose to opt out of the naked body scanner. I saw no purpose for this verbal alert because the same TSA agent who was yelling this ultimately was the one who patted me down anyway.

For the pat down, first I was required to walk through the regular metal detector. From there, I was asked if I wanted to be patted down in a private room, or if I didn't mind just being patted down in full view of everyone else. Not being a shy person in the first place, I told the agent I didn't need a private room.

He then explained to me that he was going to pat down my entire body, including my crotch and my buttocks, but that he would use the back of his hands to pat down the crotch and buttocks areas. This is probably designed to make the pat-down seem less "personal" and more detached. That way, air passengers can't complain of being felt up by TSA agents who might get carried away with the pat-down procedure. He asked if it hurt for me to be touched anywhere, and I told him no, at which point he proceeded with the pat down.

It was a well-scripted pat-down, covering all the areas of my body, including a mild crotch sweep (it wasn't especially invasive or anything, as doctors will do far worse during a physical exam). He swept my arms, legs, hips, back of the neck, ankles and everywhere else. To the TSA's credit, this guy was fast, efficient and only used a light touch that was in no way disturbing. But it did take an extra five minutes or so compared to walking through the naked body scanner.

Speaking of the naked body scanners, as I was having my crotch swept by the back of the hand of this TSA agent, I was observing other air travelers subjecting themselves to the naked body scanners. They were told to walk into the body scanner staging area and then hold their arms in the air in a pose as if they were under arrest. Childhood Asthma Linked to Vaccinations

In information recently released by the Vaccine Safety website, the rate of asthma for children ages birth to 17 has risen dramatically in the past few years, and now this rise is being linked to the pertussis vaccine. The research, based in New Zealand found that the incidence of asthma was more common in children that had received the vaccination than in those children who did not receive any vaccinations at all. Reports from the National Vaccine Information Center which were published in Science Magazine also show the same relationships between asthma rates in unvaccinated children and those who received vaccinations. Of these, 23 didn't get any childhood vaccinations and none of them suffered childhood asthma. As the world watched, thirty-three miners were pulled to the surface in a small, red, white, and blue capsule, one at time. It made for great viewing, over one billion people tuned in as it was covered live across the mainstream media. Worldwide, but especially in Chile, people had been focused on this story for days as the final preparations were made. Social media sites from Twitter to Facebook echoed people's excitement over the rescue, and people expressed their relief and thrill once all the miners were rescued. Even here in America, people who may not even be able to locate Chile on a map were pronouncing "¡Vive Chile!"

Immediately the hairs on the back of my neck began to stand up. Nationalism has always bothered me. As a history student I studied nationalism from the perspective of its usefulness in modern state building, from Bismarck's Germany to Calle's Mexico. When viewed in terms of people actually using nationalism to establish power, as opposed to simply observing nationalism occurring spontaneously in groups of people, it takes on a more ominous tone. And I think it's pretty safe to say that history has demonstrated a strong correlation between uber Nationalism and horrific events. But could unity and nationalism be a good thing? Is it possible that, as some people have told me, I should recognize this as a great positive event in which the Chilean people can share and build a stronger sense of community amongst themselves? It didn't take a lot of research to come to the obvious answer: my skepticism had not betrayed me.

PIYPS Poop In Your Pants Scary

10/13/10 Tampa, Florida – Now that the federal government’s fiscal year ended on September 30 and they had to “square up” their accounting, we find some very interesting things, if you will forgive the use of the phrase “very interesting” when I should have used the more descriptive Poop In Your Pants Scary (PIYPS).

One of these PIYPS things is that the one-year increase in the national debt, thanks to the unbelievable fiscal insanity of the deficit-spending Obama administration and the corrupt and moronic Congress, which is not to mention the monstrous monetary insanity of the loathsome Federal Reserve creating so much new money for them to borrow that inflation in prices will destroy us all. It is now revealed that in FY 2010, the national debt rose $1.72 trillion! In one year!

The government, of course, only counts $1.3 trillion of this as “deficit spending,” but nevertheless, $420 billion more debt somehow appeared from somewhere to equal the $1.72 trillion increase in the national debt in one year.

The sheer staggering size of this incredibly enormous $1.72 trillion in borrowed money spent by the federal government is more than all the $1.3 trillion the government collected in personal and corporate taxes!

And remember that this $1.72 trillion is just the deficit-spending, and we are not even including the gigantic $3.5 trillion federal budget for 2010! Gaaaahhhh! We’re Freaking Doomed (WFD)!

If you are thinking that we are NOT doomed by astonishing long-term Congressional fiscal irresponsibility and Federal Reserve monetary treachery, then perhaps you will change your mind if I came over there, hauled you up out of that seat and slapped your face repeatedly until you got some smarts, which usually happens to most people pretty fast, usually about the time I reach out and grab them by the throat so that I can keep their heads from moving around while I am administering a therapeutic dose of Mister Slappy.

There are, of course, a lot of logistical problems associated with my kind, generous Mr. Slappy offer, not the least of which is that, after awhile, my hands would get really sore from the slap, slap, slapping. Ow!

This is why I am going to try to achieve the same “get smart” effect by using my new Mogambo Pedantic Method (MPM) of using real, “it’s going to happen to you” horror to terrorize and shock you into a huge fight-or-flight response, flooding your system with enough adrenaline and other save-your-butt biological hormones and doodads to make your central nervous system more receptive to threatening stimuli.

What threatening stimuli? Well, just the federal budget deficit – alone! – means that each, each, EACH of the 90 million American private-sector workers in the Whole Freaking Country (WFC) must produce enough profit by their labors (as they are the only workers who can actually make a profit from their labors) to pay down another $18,889 in federal debt accumulated over the last year!

And this crushing new debt burden comes on top of these sad, selfsame, sorry 90 million private-economy workers making enough to pay the painful principal-and-interest payments to support their $150,000 share of the $13.5 trillion national debt already in existence!

And this staggering load of debt is, with only some exaggeration, barely enough to even Scratch The Surface (STS) of all the debt that is owed, where $60 trillion is the total of all private debts on top of the national debt, and (staggeringly) all of it relying totally on these same few 90 million people being so immensely productive and profitable that everyone, literally, benefits.

The kicker is that they are supposed to do this on an average household income of $54,000 a year! Hahahaha!

If you are, like me, already raging from an overload of adrenaline in your system generated by the sheer, mortal horror of all of this, then leave it to the Mighty, Mighty Mogambo (MMM) to administer a sedative that will make you smile: Buy gold, silver and oil!

With them you will protect yourself from the federal government’s apparent plan to destroy you by turning the dollar into worthless crap, and it’s so easy to do that you, too, will rejoice as do I, shouting loud huzzahs to the beautiful, blue sky, specifically, “Whee! This investing stuff is easy!”

With millions of American children now back to school, the media are focusing on three flu shots and nasal vaccines. This year, two H1N1/swine-flu shots and one seasonal-flu shot are being recommended for all children.

Although the office of Homeland Security has proclaimed that vaccination is the best way to prevent the spread of influenza, science appears to disagree. Dr. John Jacob Cannell has published a revealing article linking vitamin-D deficiency to the incidence of flu, and according to a recent online edition of the journal Pediatrics, seven out of 10 children don’t get enough vitamin D. The National Pandemic Flu Service in the United Kingdom recommends that hand washing is the key to preventing the spread of flu.

Medical literature is filled with references to the relationship between low protein-intake and impaired immune function. Indeed, our immune systems are powered solely by proteins (IgA, IgG, IgE, IgM, etc.). But the American diet is typically deficient in protein, laden instead with processed foods, carbohydrates, heated fats and calorie-dense foods.

The British Health Protection Agency reports that 248 students were given Tamiflu as a precaution after a classmate fell ill with the swine/H1N1 flu. But a new study argues that children exposed to seasonal flu or suffering just mild symptoms should not be given antivirals drugs, such as Tamiflu, because the harmful side effects outweigh the relatively meager benefits.

In all the news trumpeting three candidate vaccines to relieve the pain of kids’ ear infections, it’s seldom acknowledged that no vaccine is 100 percent safe or 100 percent effective. There is no mention of work linking food allergies to childhood ear infections, no mention that garlic oil is as effective as the14 most commonly prescribed antibiotics for childhood ear infection, no mention that 95 percent of American children will have had an ear infection treated with an antibiotic by the time they reach the age of 5 (according to an article published in the journal Pediatrics), and no mention that 80 percent of most uncomplicated ear infections resolve within four to seven days without treatment.

Tainted Nightmare

"The H1N1 vaccination program, when put into the same frame as the engineered virus to go with it, appears to be a clear effort to divide humanity into two groups; those who have lost their intellect, health and sexuality via a tainted vaccination, and those who have not and are therefore superior."

I met the story about the swine flu with great skepticism; it played like a story line in a B movie - Students go abroad for spring break. Students get the virus. Students bring it home. Worldwide pandemic starts. The story line was unbelievable, and I knew from day one that there was either no virus at all, and that it was just a "wag the dog", or that a manufactured outbreak was intentionally released and underway.

Unfortunately the latter was true, and now we have an entirely new bug on our hands. It has never been seen before, and virologists have been quoted saying "where the hell it got all these genes from we don't know." Extensive analysis of the virus has revealed genes from the original 1918 flu, the avian flu, and two new H3N2 viruses from Eurasia. All evidence points to the fact that the swine flu is indeed a genetically engineered virus.

This article is the result of a team effort intended to explore what the motive for releasing it may be, to warn you in advance of things to come.


The first attempt

In Feb 2009, Baxter, a major manufacturer of vaccines, sent the seasonal flu shot to 18 different countries with live unattenuated H5N1 bird flu. When the Czech company Biotest was assigned to test the vaccine on live animals for the Czech government, they realized something was wrong when the test animals died. The alarm went out to all others who had received it, fortunately before it was administered. Upon follow up examination of the vaccine the live virus was revealed, had no one caught Baxter's tainted batch, we would now be in the midst of a pandemic with massive numbers of dead.

Baxter was not prosecuted or punished in any way for this, even though their operational BSL3 (bio safety level 3) protocol would have stopped such contamination from being possible. The safety protocol, combined with the potency and volume of the virus in the shots clearly shows that the contamination was intentional, and that indeed an attempt to kill millions was stopped simply because ONE country paid attention to what it was getting. The protocol made it technically impossible for the virus to make the leap from the research department to the vaccine manufacturing department, which could never have had H5N1 show up there due to any reason other than willful intent.

One would think that Baxter would have been put out of business for making such an "error" but the opposite is true, which begs many questions, such as how did the live bird flu end up in millions of doses of vaccine? Why were the ingredients of the vaccine formulated to allow the virus to survive fully potent en route? Why was Baxter not prosecuted or punished in any way? Instead of rightfully blackballing the company, the World Health Organization has rewarded Baxter with a contract to make a large portion of the "Swine flu" vaccinations set to be distributed world wide this fall. How on earth could that be?


The main focus

Let's switch to another aspect of vaccines, the real focus of this article, which is the plan to destroy our intellect, our health and our sexuality via a mass world wide vaccination campaign. With the use of special additives called adjuvants, manufacturers are able to increase the number of possible doses that can be made on time for the fall flu season. But though there are many safe adjuvants which can be added, they are adding one - squalene, which has been shown to cause prolonged systemic immune response against the squalene itself, which results in reduced fertility, reduced intellect and reduced life span.

Squalene is an important molecule in the body. It is a precursor to many different oils and hormones, and is needed for proper brain function, fertility and also plays an important role in protecting cells from aging and mutation. Anything which affects your natural squalene can have a major negative impact on your health.

Because the squalene will be injected in the presence of a pathogen during the H1N1 vaccination, it will cause an immune response against not only the pathogen, but to the squalene itself. Squalene is a precursor molecule which is essential for the production of many hormones including all of the male and female sexual hormones. Squalene is also a precursor to many of the neurochemical receptors prevalent in the nervous system and when the immune system is programmed to attack squalene, it causes irreversible neuronal and neuromuscular damage which can range from a loss of intellect and autism to more serious disorders such as Lou Gehrig's disease and systemic autoimmune diseases and possibly brain tumors.

In independent studies where squalene laced vaccines were injected into guinea pigs, the resultant autoimmune disorders killed 14 out of 15. A later test, to verify the results had the same outcome.

When first injected via the anthrax vaccine in Gulf War 1, it permanently disabled many of the soldiers who received it, due to the effects now known as the Gulf War Syndrome. 95 percent of the soldiers who recieved the anthrax vaccine have been found to have antibodies to squalene. Few of the soldiers who recieved the vaccine remained healthy and do not have the antibodies whether or not they were deployed. None of the soldiers who did not receive the vaccine have the antibodies, even those who fought in Iraq. Squalene antibody related deaths total 6.5 percent of the vaccinated group.

It takes approximately a year for the effects to fully manifest themselves because that much time passes before the nervous system and brain deplete the reserves of Squalene that are out of the reach of the immune system and only after the reserves are gone will cell injury begin. This takes the pressure off vaccine manufacturers who deny any wrongdoing for a response so delayed. And with Congress passing legislation granting immunity to any corporations who cause damage with their vaccines, the outlook is evermore dark.

After examining the components of the H1N1 flu vaccine we can only conclude that it is not intended to treat the flu at all, quite differently, it is intended to:

1. Reduce intelligence
2. Reduce life span
3. Reduce fertility
4. Cause numerous deaths

For if it was intended for any other purpose, Squalene and other adjuvants beyond the scope of this article would not be present. Furthermore, the scope of this article only covers squalene, and we believe that because there are so many ways to induce autoimmune responses equally devastating via other injectable formulations coupled with the obviously intentional shipment of a pandemic by Baxter that the credibility of vaccines is forever tainted and the trust in the greater medical community may have been irreparably broken. Baxter should be out of business, the fact that they are not is damning.

Through a manufactured pandemic and damaging vaccine the world health organization along with major manufacturers in the pharmaceutical industry have demonstrated clear intent to damage all of mankind.

For what purpose is difficult to determine, but it would be safe to assume that there will be those who have been told and know better than to take one of these tainted vaccines, and as a result they will be of superior intelligence and health when put in perspective with those who receive them. The H1N1 vaccination program, when put into the same frame as the obviously engineered virus to go with it, appears to be a clear effort to divide humanity into two groups, those who have lost their intellect, health and sexuality via a tainted vaccination, and those who have not and are therefore superior. It can now be reasoned that it is no longer safe to take ANY vaccination for any reason; please, do not let them get your children.

How many people are aware that our country went bankrupt in 1788? 1933? 1991?

Who knows the difference between lawful and legal? I wonder if how many people know that King George and the Bank of England, (owned by Rothschild) financed both sides of the Revolutionary War? The United States exists in two forms:

1. The original United States that was in operation until 1860; a collection of sovereign Republics in the union. Under the original Constitution the States controlled the Federal Government; the Federal Government did not control the States and had very little authority.

2. The original United States has been usurped by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which only controls the District of Columbia and it’s territories, and which is actually a corporation (the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) that acts as our current government. The United States Corporation operates under Corporate/Commercial/Public Law rather than Common/Private Law.

The original Constitution was never removed; it has simply been dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day. This fact was made clear by Supreme Court Justice Marshall Harlan (Downes v. Bidwell, 182, U.S. 244 1901) by giving the following dissenting opinion: “Two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions; the other to be maintained by Congress outside and Independently of that Instrument.”

The Restore America Plan reclaimed the De Jure institutions of government of the 50 State Republics in order to restore Common Law that represents the voice of the people and ends Corporate Law that ignores the voice of the people while operating under Maritime/Admiralty/International Law. This occurred when warrants were delivered to all 50 Governors on March 30, 2010.

The rewritten Constitution of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION bypasses the original Constitution for the United States of America, which explains why our Congressmen and Senators don’t abide by it, and the President can write Executive Orders to do whatever he/she wants. They are following corporate laws that completely strip sovereigns of their God given unalienable rights. Corporate/Commercial/Public Law is not sovereign (private), as it is an agreement between two or more parties under contract. Common Law (which sovereigns operate under) is not Commercial Law; it is personal and private.

De Jure – Existing by right or according to law; original, lawful. Common Law operates under De Jure terms.

De Facto - In practice but not necessarily ordained by law; in fact, in reality. Corporate Law operates under De Facto terms.

Sovereign – A real person. Sovereigns can own property while Citizens/Subjects cannot. According to the original Constitution, all government comes from the Sovereign Individual. Without the Sovereign Individual, there is no government.

U.S. Citizen/Subject – A corporate fictitious entity that merely represents the real person. It acts as a “strawman.” [To call oneself a “sovereign citizen” or “sovereign subject” is an oxymoron, since “sovereign” and “citizen/subject” are mutually exclusive of each other.] When asked if you are a “U.S. Citizen” on corporate legal documents, if you check “yes,” you agree to the terms of Corporate Law and unknowingly relinquish your sovereign status and transfer all of your rights to the UNITED STATES CORPORATION since you are now under contract.

Corporation – A non-human, fictitious entity. Corporate fictitious entities are denoted in all caps. This includes the names of Citizens/Subjects. Your fictitious “strawman” entity is addressed in all caps, i.e. JOHN SMITH, rather than John Smith.

Common Law – God’s law. Common Law and the system of De Jure Juries apply to sovereigns in disputes. In Common Law, contracts must be entered into knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally.

Admiralty/Maritime Law/International Law – The King’s law. Deals with criminal acts that only apply to international contracts. Under this law, the people are no longer sovereign. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) that the United States practices is based on Admiralty Law. Under the UCC, contracts do not have to be entered into knowingly. Simple agreements can be binding, and as long as you exercise the benefits of that "agreement," you must meet the obligations associated with those benefits. If you accept the benefit offered by the government, then you MUST follow, to the letter,
each and every statute involved with that benefit. That “benefit” is the Federal Reserve Notes (U.S. dollars). By paying for things with U.S. dollars you are unknowingly giving up all of your Constitutional rights and are legally obligated to follow all of the UCC statues. But you were NEVER told this.

Lawful – A term used in Common Law.

Legal – A term used in the UCC which applies to Corporate Law.

HOW THE CONSTITUTION WAS USURPED BY THE CORPORATION

The Government is a Corporation actually functioning as the Federal Government. Thus it does not have to follow the constitution. What the theory is goes like this. When you enter a US Courtroom there is a military or admiralty flag flying. The US Military dopes not have the protection of the constitution, neither does this apply to admiralty laws with ships at sea. When you enter a court room and cross through that little wooden gate they have and go to the area where the plaintiff (prosecutor) and defendant sit along with judge, court reporter, you are entering a “ship” or a foreign country as evidenced by the admiralty or military flag flying thus the constitution has no applicability and you are under equity law not common law. The flaw with their scheme is that there is no full disclosure to the people about any of this. This is brief over simplified synopsis of the scam run by the federal corporation. In 1788 (January 1), The United States was officially bankrupt.

In 1790 (August 4), Article One of the U.S. Statues at Large, pages 138-178, abolished the States of the Republic and created Federal Districts. In the same year, the former States of the Republic reorganized as Corporations and their legislatures wrote new State Constitutions, absent defined boundaries, which they presented to the people of each state for a vote...the new State Constitutions fraudulently made the people “Citizens” of the new Corporate States. A Citizen is also defined as a “corporate fiction."

In 1845, Congress passed legislation that would ultimately allow Common Law to be usurped by Admiralty Law. www.barefootsworld.net/admiralty.html explains this change. The yellow fringe placed at the bottom of court flags shows this is still true. Before 1845, Americans were considered sovereign individuals who governed themselves under Common Law.

In 1861, President Lincoln declared a National Emergency and Martial Law, which gave the President unprecedented powers and removed it from the other branches. This has NEVER been reversed.

In 1865, the capital was moved to Washington, D.C., a separate country – not a part of the United States of America.

In 1871, The United States became a Corporation with a new constitution and a new corporate government, and the original constitutional government was vacated to become dormant, but it was never terminated. The new constitution had to be ratified by the people according to the original constitution, but it never was. The whole process occurred behind closed doors. The people are the source of financing for this new government.

In 1917, the Trading with the Enemy Act (TWEA) was passed. It gave the President and the Alien Property Custodian the right to seize the assets of the people included in this act and if they wanted to do business in this country they could apply for a license to do so. By 1921, the Federal Reserve Bank (the trustee for the Alien Property Custodian) held over $700,000,000 in trust.” Understand that this trust was based on our assets, not theirs.

In 1933, 48 Stat 1, of the TWEA was amended to include the United States Person because they wanted to take our gold away. Executive Order 6102 was created to make it illegal for a U.S. Citizen to own gold. In order for the Government to take our gold away and violate our Constitutional rights, we were reclassified as ENEMY COMBATANTS.”

In 1933, there was a second United States bankruptcy. In the first bankruptcy the United States collateralized all public lands. In the 1933 bankruptcy, the U.S. government collateralized the private lands of the people (a lien) – they borrowed money against our private lands. They were then mortgaged. That is why we pay property taxes.

From a speech in Congress in The Bankruptcy of the United States Congressional Record, March 17, 1993, Vol. 33, page H-1303, Speaker Representative James Trafficant Jr. (Ohio) addressing the House states:

“...It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m session June 5, 1933 - Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.

The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government for the United States. This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America. The U.S. Citizen (tenant, franchisee) was registered as a “beneficiary” of the trust via his/her birth certificate. In 1933, the Federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets, and labor of their “subjects,” the 14th Amendment U.S. Citizen to the Federal Reserve System. In return, the Federal Reserve System agreed to extend the federal United States Corporation all of the credit “money substitute” it needed.

Like any debtor, the Federal United States government had to assign collateral and security to their creditors as a condition of the loan. Since the Federal United States didn’t have any assets, they assigned the private property of their “economic slaves,” the U.S. Citizens, as collateral against the federal debt. They also pledged the unincorporated federal territories, national parks, forests, birth certificates, and nonprofit organizations as collateral against the federal debt. All has already been transferred as payment to the international bankers.

In 1944, Washington D.C. was deeded to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by the Breton Woods Agreement. The IMF is made up of wealthy people that own most of the banking industries of the world. It is an organized group of bankers that have taken control of most governments of the world so the bankers run the world. Congress, the IRS, and the President work for the IMF. HOW CAN WE REPAIR OUR COUNTRY RIGHT NOW?

Our Founding Fathers looked back to history for precedent when they decided they wanted to change their government. What they found was the Magna Carta Liberatum, the Great Charter of Freedoms. It set a precedent that changed the face of England forever, by establishing that the King was not above the law.

King John of England signed the Magna Carta after immense pressure from the Church and his barons (the people). The King often lived above the law, violating both Feudal and Common Law, and was heavily criticized for his foreign policy and actions in England. The Barons, with the support of the Church, pressured King John to spell out a list of their rights and guarantee that those rights would be enforced. The Barons provided a draft, and after some negotiation, King John put his seal to the Magna Carta in Runnymede, in June of 1215.

Section 61 set rules for establishing the Grand Jury. It states: Since we have granted all these things for God, for the better ordering of our kingdom, and to allay the discord that has arisen between us and our barons (people), and since we desire that they shall be enjoyed in their entirety, with lasting strength, forever, we give and grant to the barons the following security: The barons shall elect twenty-five of their number to keep, and cause to be observed with all their might, the peace and liberties granted and confirmed to them by this charter. If we, our chief justice, our officials, or any of our servants offend in any respect against any man, or transgress any of the articles of the peace or of this security, and the offense is made known to four of the said twenty-five barons, they shall come to us.”

On March 30, 2010, an 80 page warrant was sent to the Governors of all 50 states, in which they were advised that their bonds of operation had been arrested. All corporations must have bonds to operate. When the Governors bonds were revoked, they could not do any business until this was resolved.

Order. The de facto office of Governor of the “State of __________” of each of the fifty (50) incorporated States of the United States Federal Corporation, and all vestiges thereof, is hereby resorbed into the respective De Jure office of Governor of ___________ (e.g. New York) of each of the respective fifty (50) free republics of the United States of America, c. 1787, upon the man or woman occupying each such office receiving notice of this Warrant. Upon such notice, each such man or woman shall be free to resign within three days of receipt of this Warrant without recourse for such resignation, to be replaced by the man or woman next in line to occupy such office.

Order. At the time of such resorption, or as soon as is practical thereafter, all such men and women accepting the office of governor of a de jure state republic shall take and subscribe the following respective oath in the presence of the Almighty Creator in front of a duly appointed officer of these De jure Grand Juries, and shall file such oath(s) with these De jure Grand Juries before, and as a condition of, occupying the said respective office, such filing to be completed no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of this Warrant. Failure of these De jure Grand Juries to timely receive the said oath shall comprise resignation of the respective party from the respective office. The mandatory oath for the office of governor shall be:”

Several General Orders were included in the document. For instance, General Order One advised the Governors to cease and desist all tax related actions against the sovereign People. General Order Two advised them to Cease and desist all foreclosure and collection actions against the sovereign People.

Further instructions included replacing Corporate with Constitutional symbols. For instance, "You are further ordered to direct Hillary Rodham Clinton, a woman occupying the office of Secretary of State, to (i) replace the Great Seal of the United States with the De Jure seal as existed on December 19, 1860, and (ii) replace the Great Seal of the President of the United States and presidential coat of arms wherever visible with the seal and coat of arms as existed on December 19, 1860, until such time as a new seal can be designed which is devoid of pagan and occult symbolism."

Even though the FBI states that RAP members were contacted and interviewed, they found no evidence that they had done anything illegal. The Social Security Scam...
Why all taxpayers must file income tax returns.

You have been told that Social Security is an insurance program run by the federal government.  You were led to believe that your income would be taxed at a certain rate for the cost of the program.  Then in times of medical emergency or upon retirement you would be eligible for Social Security benefits.  On the surface, this would seem to be an equitable arrangement. 
          But the federal government failed to fully inform you as to all of the other ramifications of applying for a Social Security number.  For instance, did you know that you became a federal employee?  Well, you did - specifically you became a member of the Merchant Marine.  You also became an employee of a corporation that is involved with importing to and from the U.S. possessions.  Another consideration is that if FICA is based upon a percentage of your earnings, then the government has somehow been granted the right to know the amount of your income and the sources of your income – this is not a hallmark of freedom.  These statements and more will be evidenced by the actual federal statutes and regulations further on this page.

          Like all great magicians, the federal government has you looking at the obvious while hiding the basis of the trick that the magician is performing right in front of your eyes.

          Lots of Americans have questioned the legitimacy of the personal income tax, but it seems that everyone just loves the Social Security program.  Social Security is the sacred cow that no one is ever supposed to criticize.  Oh, sure, some claimants of Social Security find fault with what claims are denied or only partially funded.  And lots of people are now pointing out that Social Security is not going to be solvent in the near future.  But up till now no one has questioned the legitimacy of the Social Security program.  Well, that time has come.

          Americans now live in a country with the largest government in the world.  Since the Declaration of Independence is the organic law of the land and it states that “all men are created equal”, why would free, equal people need such a large government?

How did a country in which “all men are created equal” (and, of course, women) end up subservient to a multitude of federal government agencies? 

If all Americans are created equal, how can some bureaucrat from the EPA regulate how an American’s land is to be used?  How can some bureaucrat from the FDA regulate what an American can choose for healthcare?  How can some bureaucrat from the SEC regulate how an American can invest money?  How can some bureaucrat from the IRS regulate how much of an American’s money the federal government can take?  How can some bureaucrat within the Department of Labor dictate what an American may pay his employees?  How can some bureaucrat within the Department of Education determine what an American’s  children must be taught?

          A real crime consists of a victim and a perpetrator.  The perpetrator has either initiated force or fraud against the victim.  This means that the victim’s rights have been violated.  The two sides are drawn in this type of scenario and the laws against theft, murder, rape, etc. are clear.  A court action may be initiated and the jury may deliberate after hearing all of the testimony.  This upholds the premise that “all men are created equal”. 

          But when some federal government agency files a complaint against an American, what is the basis of the crime?  The federal agency simply cites some regulation that the American violated – no victim is identified, no one’s rights have been violated.  This does not uphold the premise that “all men are created equal”, but presumes that the federal government, through some bureaucratic agency, can force an American to do its bidding.  How did this happen?  The answer is buried deep in the Social Security scam.  Applying for a Social Security number is tantamount to begging to be subservient to the federal government.

          The following is somewhat complicated because it is the actual basis of the federal laws.  After all, it’s not easy to subjugate an entire nation of free, sovereign people.  But everything that I’ve written above will be legally verified and the actual basis of the regulations and statutes will be evidenced.   

          This site will forever end the conflict between the various “tax honesty movement” groups and the enforcement of the internal revenue laws.  First of all, when dealing with the federal government of the United States, one must learn the definitions of the government’s legal “terms”.  So let’s start with the definition of the term “taxpayer”.

          From the regulations that implement the Internal Revenue Code, the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), are the following:

                    “26 CFR Sec. 2.1(m)  The terms used in this section  shall have the same meaning as in chapter 1 of the Internal Revenue Code.”     

                    ”26 CFR Sec. 2.1-1, Definitions

                    (a) As used in the regulations in this part, except as otherwise expressly provided - 

                              (1)  Act means the Merchant Marine Act, 1936, as amended (46 U.S.C. 27)

                              (2)  Section means one of the sections of the        regulations in this part.

                              (5)  Taxpayer means a citizen who has established or seeks to establish a construction reserve fund under the provisions of section 511 of the Act and the regulations in this part, and may include a partnership.

                    (b)  Insofar as the computation and collection of taxes are concerned, other terms used in the regulations in this part, except as otherwise provided, have the same meaning as in the Internal Revenue Code and the regulations thereunder.”

          Now since the regulation above at 26 CFR Sec. 2.1(m) states that the terms used in this section have the same meaning as in chapter 1 of the Internal Revenue Code, the definition of the term “taxpayer” from 26 CFR Sec. 2.1-1(a)(5) has the same meaning as in chapter 1 of the Internal Revenue Code.  And since 26 CFR Sec. 2.1-1(b) states insofar as the computation and collection of taxes are concerned, the definition of “taxpayer” from 26 CFR Sec. 2.1-1(a)(5) has the same meaning as in the Internal Revenue Code and the regulations that implement the Code.

          The number “26″ from the cites above is the number of the title, in this case title 26 is “internal revenue”.  The number before the “.” from the cites above is the part number under the title, in this case “2″.  The first number after the “.” from the cites above is the section number, in this case “1″.  Chapter 1 of the Internal Revenue Code, referenced within the first of the above regulations, has to do with income tax.

          The definition of the term “taxpayer” proves that a “taxpayer” is a federal employee, specifically within the Merchant Marine.  Federal employment taxes only apply to federal employees.  Did you know the definition of “taxpayer”?  You must understand that when the government defines a “term” it no longer has anything to do with the original definition of the word as found in a dictionary.

          The only definitions of “taxpayer” within chapter 1 of the Internal Revenue Code are at 26 USC Sec. 1313(b) and 26 USC Sec. 7701(a)(14).  Both of these definitions vaguely define a “taxpayer” as someone subject to an internal revenue tax, but what “internal revenue” itself is remains unsaid.

          Then what exactly is “internal revenue”?  “Internal revenue” is a specific part of the customs.  Customs derives revenue from the collection of duties on importing (and tonnage, the impact of a vessel on the harbor and wharves) from foreign countries.  Internal revenue derives revenue from the collection of duties on importing within the jurisdiction of the internal revenue laws – the U.S. possessions and the coasting trade.  Any court action concerning internal revenue is brought under the statute at title 28 USC , “Judiciary and Judicial Procedure”, Chapter 85, “District Courts; jurisdiction”, section 1340, “Internal revenue; customs duties” based upon revenue from the collection of duties on imports.  This is derived from the foreign commerce clause.  It is from within title 19, “Customs duties”, Sec. 1317, “Tobacco products; supplies for certain vessels and aircraft”, where the location of the definition of the jurisdiction of the internal revenue laws is cited.  This section within title 19, “Customs duties”, concerns exporting certain products and states that internal revenue laws include importing.  The actual citation to the definition of the jurisdiction of internal revenue laws is within the link to my court case document further along in this page.  (For more information concerning ”internal revenue”, see the post titled “Internal Revenue Jurisdiction” at http://wp.me/pCW6e-3Z on the “Posts for freedom” page of this Blog).

          Why would the government presume that the I.R.S. can contact a citizen and label that citizen a “taxpayer”?  The definition of “taxpayer” (at 26 CFR 2.1-1(a)(5) as cited above) is a federal employee, within the Merchant Marine. 

          This is where Social Security comes into play.  The federal government only has the three types of commerce jurisdiction as granted in the Constitution from Article I, Section 8, Clause 3 – “To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes”.  Each of the three commerce jurisdictions is cited separately under title 28, “Judiciary and Judicial Procedure”, chapter 85, “District Courts; jurisdiction”. The cite to section 1336, “Surface Board Transportation orders”, which was renamed from “Interstate Commerce Commission’s orders” in 1995, is the interstate commerce part of the commerce clause.  The cite to section 1362, “Indian tribes”, is obviously the trade with the Indians part of the commerce clause.  And as listed above, the cite to section 1340, “Internal revenue; customs duties” is the foreign commerce part of the commerce clause.  The free, sovereign American has no nexus with the Federal government’s commerce jurisdiction. 

          From the Internal Revenue Code is the following:   

                    “Title 26 U.S.C. section 7655, Cross references

                              (a) Imposition of tax in possessions

                              For provisions implementing tax in possessions, see-

                                        (1) Chapter 2, relating to self-employment tax

                                        (2) Chapter 21, relating to the tax under the Federal Insurance Contributions Act.”

          Thus, as evidenced in the cross-references section above, the self-employment tax and FICA are possession taxes.  They are also federal employment taxes, in other words, taxes imposed upon federal employees.

          Since FICA is a possession tax, a free, sovereign American is not eligible for Social Security.  Only citizens having U.S. citizenship within a U.S. possession would qualify for FICA.   

          The next term that one needs to learn is that of “U.S. citizen”.

A person born in one of the sovereign states is not subject to the federal government unless that person commits one of the federal crimes listed in the Constitution, such as treason, counterfeiting, kidnapping across state lines, etc.  The fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution defines a “U.S. citizen” as “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the States wherein they reside.”  A person born in one of the sovereign states is not subject to the limited jurisdiction of the federal government.  After all, the Declaration of Independence is the organic law of the land, superseding the Constitution and the Articles of Confederation, and it states that “all men are created equal”.  To be subject to the jurisdiction of the United States requires U.S. possession citizenship.  This is confirmed in the Internal Revenue Code at title 26 USC Sec. 2208 concerning estate taxes, 26 USC Sec. 2501(b) concerning gift taxes, and 26 CFR Sec. 1.932-1 concerning income taxes.  Both 26 USC Sec. 2208 and 26 USC Sec. 2501(b) define the term “United States citizen” “wherever  used in this title”.  The regulations under 26 USC Sec. 2501 exemplify exactly what is meant by the statutes at 26 CFR 25.2501-1(c).  A “U.S. citizen” is someone born in one of the sovereign states who then establishes a residence in Puerto Rico and further acquires Puerto Rican citizenship.  Now I know of no one born in one of the sovereign States who would ever voluntarily acquire US possession citizenship (even if that American had a winter home there) - why would anyone give up sovereignty to become subject to the jurisdiction of the federal government?  It’s obvious that the real objective of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution was not to guarantee anyone’s rights - it was to subjugate all Americans to the federal government’s hidden agenda by being able to use the term “U.S. citizen” in contracts and legal decisions.  This also allowed the government to write laws and make court decisions that distinguish between U.S. possession citizens and “U.S. citizens”, making it appear that the federal government had jurisdiction over all Americans.  But the key is that an American (anyone born in one of the sovereign States) is not a “U.S. citizen” (unless that American actually established a residence in a U.S. possession and further acquired U.S. possession citizenship).  The next time you are asked if you are a “U.S. citizen”, just say “no”.

          As stated above, “internal revenue” is a specific part of customs.  Customs concerns foreign commerce.  Since “internal revenue” is within the customs, the U.S. possessions are defined as foreign countries within the Internal Revenue Code, for example; 26 USC Sec. 865(i)(3), Sec. 872(b)(7), and Sec. 2014(g).  This is necessary to consider “internal revenue” as foreign commerce.  The federal government owns the U.S. possessions and may designate them in any fashion that suits it.  However, as will be evidenced within this page and the link to the court document herein, the reason that the U.S. possessions are treated as foreign countries is to foment the personal income tax dispute while ignoring the cause – Social Security.

          So the question remains, how could a sovereign American ever be eligible for Social Security?  This is where the concept of  “Agreements entered into by American employers with respect to foreign affiliates” comes into play as defined at title 26 USC Section 3121(l).  An “American employer” (defined at 26 USC Section 3121(h)) is further defined under 26 USC Section 3121(l) as having a foreign subsidiary and that wants to extend the insurance system established by title II of the Social Security Act (FICA) to the U.S. citizens who are employed by its foreign affiliate.  The regulations under this section at 26 CFR 31.3121(l) direct to 26 CFR 36.3121(l)-0.  It is here that it states that the “American employer” has made an agreement with the IRS to extend the insurance coverage of Social Security, through FICA, to employees of a foreign subsidiary of the “American employer”.  This is the hidden connection between an American and the IRS.  The federal government does not have jurisdiction over a free, sovereign American so it cannot write laws that subject an American to any duty.  The government has created the “American employer”, which is an employer of Americans, in order to initiate the Social Security fraud. 

          It is, therefore, necessary for an American to be both a “taxpayer” and a “U.S. citizen” to be eligible to apply for a Social Security number.  By applying for a Social Security number, an American has given the federal government prima facie evidence that that person is a “U.S. citizen” and a “taxpayer”.  After all, it is said that ignorance of the law is no excuse.  The combination of the terms “U.S. citizen” and “taxpayer” is known as a “U.S. resident”.  This is defined at title 26 USC Sec. 865(g).  A “U.S. citizen”, in other words, a person born in one of the sovereign states who then establishes a residence in a U.S. possession and further acquires U.S. possession citizenship, who now resides in the United States would be a foreigner since the U.S. possessions are treated as foreign countries.  The next time someone wants to know if you are a “U.S. resident”, just say “no”.  (For more information concerning the term “resident”, see the post titled “The U.S. Resident” at http://wp.me/pCW6e-3g on the “Posts for freedom” page of this Blog).

          The Internal Revenue Manual declares that “The Criminal Investigation Division enforces the criminal statutes applicable to income, estate, gift, … tax laws … involving United States citizens residing in foreign countries and nonresident aliens subject to federal income tax filing requirements …”.  So right here the government is informing everyone of the limited jurisdiction of the CID within the IRS.  Since the U.S. possessions are treated as foreign countries, the sovereign States are foreign to them.

          The income tax was first established within an Act of Congress approved on August 5, 1861, “An Act to provide increased revenue from imports to pay interest on the public debt, and for other purposes”.  Sections 49 through 51 established an income tax upon collectors of internal revenue.  Section 49 established the income tax and stated that it applied to “the persons hereinafter named”.  Section 50 then named assessors and collectors of internal revenue duties, along with other government officials.  Section 51 granted the government the right to levy those who were delinquent in their payments of the tax.  (For a more in depth examination of the income tax, link to “The Income Tax and the Act of Congress that established it” here at http://wp.me/pCW6e-4A on the “Posts for freedom” page of this Blog).  The Internal Revenue Service always points to the Supreme Court case of Brushaber v. Union Pacific R.R. Co., 240 U.S. 1 (1916) as their Constitutional right to collect income taxes.  Mr. Frank Brushaber was an assessor and collector for foreign investors in the Union Pacific Railroad Company, acting as their fiduciary (agent in trust).  He was therefore legally subject to the income tax.  This is why the Supreme Court stated that the federal government always had the power to implement income taxes – of course the federal government can implement income taxes on its revenue collectors/assessors.  Please note that the Act of Congress that initiated the income tax is based upon revenue from importing. 

          Part of the definition of “taxpayer” concerns section 511 of the Merchant Marine Act, 1936.  Within section 511 is the definition of a controlled foreign corporation.  This matches with the scenario of an “American employer” that consists of a domestic corporation that has a foreign subsidiary.  Within the Internal Revenue Code at 26 USC Sec. 902 is the provision for a domestic corporation to treat income taxes paid by its foreign subsidiary as a dividend.  The actual internal revenue code sections that are the basis of an income tax return are more fully evidenced in the link to my court case papers further along in this page.

          The definition of “taxpayer” also states that it may include a partnership.  A Social Security number is a person’s membership number in the partnership that is the “taxpayer”.  The definition of “net earnings from self-employment” at 26 USC Sec. 1402(a) defines such earnings as including the distributive shares from a partnership, whether or not distributed.  The regulations under the self-employment statute, 26 USC Sec. 1402, allow for a partnership to be treated as a corporation without affecting the self-employment directive in the statute concerning the distributive share of the partner.  This is evidenced at 26 CFR 1.1402(a)-2(g).

          Therefore, by applying for a Social Security number one has become a “U.S resident”, a term within the Internal Revenue Code that includes the definitions of the terms “taxpayer” and “U.S. citizen”.  A free sovereign American that applies for a Social Security number has unwittingly applied to become an employee of a foreign affiliate of an “American employer” that itself is the “taxpayer” and that holds an undistributed dividend for each of its partners, said dividend being derived from income taxes paid by its foreign subsidiary.  This is, therefore, self-employment income attributed to the individual partner who applied for a Social Security number and now, since the dividend is derived from revenue from importing within the jurisdiction of the internal revenue laws, subject to the income tax.  In other words, the “U.S. Resident” is a federal tax collector of revenue from importing duties within the jurisdiction of the internal revenue laws.

          Why doesn’t the individual have to list the income from this undistributed dividend?  Well, the IRS Form 1040 is actually a foreign tax credit form.  The income from the undistributed dividend is offset by a foreign tax credit – FICA.  Since the U.S. possessions are treated as foreign countries, FICA is a foreign tax.

          The government has slowly brainwashed Americans over many generations to believe that an American’s earnings are somehow a federally taxable item.  But the income tax only applies to collectors and assessors of internal revenue taxes.  So by selecting Frank Brushaber to be the government’s poster boy for the Supreme Court ruling, everyone believed that earning income somehow was now under the jurisdiction of the federal government.  Yet other Supreme Court rulings have consistently ruled that the 16th Amendment conferred no new taxing authority to the federal government.  The Stanton v. Baltic Mining, 240 U.S. 103 (1916) Supreme Court decision stated that the “the Sixteenth Amendment conferred no new power of taxation…”.  Also the Peck & Co. v. Lowe, 237 U.S. 165 (1918) Supreme Court decision stated that “The Sixteenth Amendment… does not extend the taxing power to new or excepted subjects…”.  Since the Supreme Court ruled that the 16th Amendment conferred no new power of taxation, then the revenue being generated from the income tax must be taxable under one of the existing commerce jurisdictions granted to the government by the Constitution.  As evidenced within this blog, that jurisdiction is foreign commerce.  (For more information concerning the Supreme Court decisions, see the post titled “The  Supreme Court decisions concerning the 16th Amendment” at http://wp.me/pCW6e-3a on the “Posts for freedom” page of this Blog).

          It is obvious that the government never intended that Social Security should be a benevolent insurance program.  By hiding the definitions of “taxpayer”, “U.S. citizen”, and “U.S. resident” the government is able to use common, ordinary words to hide their true intentions.  When an American hears the word “taxpayer” the meaning is “a payer of taxes”, while the government means a federal employee in the Merchant Marine.  Then to use an undistributed dividend to export the necessary income to all the partners within the partnership (the American employer that is the true “taxpayer”) in order to make it legal from the government’s viewpoint to enforce the income tax laws upon all Social Security applicants is truly beyond the scope of any kind of honest credibility.  The government’s machinations behind the Social Security scheme are truly malicious and hateful. 

          I am now involved with the most important federal tax case in history.  The government has become the “tax protester” in my case and refuses to obey the law.  The courts have actually failed in their most basic duty, that of ruling on the constitutionality of an Act of Congress, specifically the Act of Congress approved on March 3, 1791.  (For more information concerning my constitutional challenge to this Act of Congress, see the post titled “The Whiskey Rebellion” at http://wp.me/pCW6e-1b on the “Posts for freedom” page of this Blog).  As such, it has become my duty pursuant to the Declaration of Independence to inform all free sovereign Americans of the Social Security fraud being imposed upon them.  The Declaration of Independence states “But when a long train of abuses and usurpation, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security”.  The long convoluted trail to the personal income tax through the Social Security scam certainly qualifies as evincing a design to reduce Americans under absolute despotism.  Ever since the Declaration of Independence inked the words “all men are created equal”, the government has been slowly, deliberately, and surreptitiously planning the Social Security fraud.   

          Here is the link to the latest document that I have filed in my federal tax case:  Federal Case #08-273 (WDPA) Defendant’s Reply.  Please note that any unsealed document on the court’s docket is public domain.  Outside of the Department of Justice and it’s subordinate Federal Judiciary, I don’t believe that anyone else actually knows the underlying law.  I have been involved in a federal court case wherein the judge relied upon the representative of the Department of Justice for instructions!  Don’t expect your local IRS to understand any of this – IRS employees are just other people who have been brainwashed their entire lives.  However, I find the people who work as agents and officers of the IRS don’t even understand the concept of freedom. 

          The above Defendant’s Reply exhibits the actual statutes and regulations behind Social Security (FICA) and the personal income tax.  There is one typo on page 19 of the Defendant’s Reply.  The reply mistakenly prefixes the USC title for “Bankruptcy” as 26 when it should be 11.  The same is true for the associated CFR, 26 CFR should read as 11 CFR “Federal elections”.  This, by the way, is the legal evidence that the federal government is bankrupt; Title 11 USC “Bankruptcy” is implemented by Title 11 CFR “Federal elections”.  The international counterfeiters (Federal Reserve System) bankrupted the federal government in 1933 and wrote the Internal Revenue Code of 1939 to collect money from all free Americans by combining the previous internal revenue laws, Social Security, and the Merchant Marine Act of 1936.  By applying for a Social Security number an American has given away all sovereignty (freedom from external control) and become a slave for the government, which itself is a bankrupt entity owned by the international counterfeiters.  To see more about the bankruptcy and the reasons that Social Security was created, see the Post “The Fed Owns the Gov’t – The Gov’t Controls its Employees – Social Security Makes Americans into Federal Employees” at http://wp.me/pCW6e-5J on the “Posts for Freedom” page of this Blog.

          All IRS indictments hide the actual charge by simply labeling the defendant (victim) as a “resident”, referring to the term “resident” as defined at 26 USC Sec. 865(g), which includes the definitions of the terms “taxpayer” and “U.S. citizen” along with the implied reference to importing (the cite to 26 USC Section 911).  Once this understanding reaches the general population, there can be no convictions of any American for personal income tax crimes.  (For an in depth examination of the actual charge of willful failure see the post titled “Title 26 USC Sec. 7203, Willful failure to file” at http://wp.me/pCW6e-1y on the “Posts for freedom” page of this Blog).

          I will be Blogging more about my case as the days go forward.  The Congress has reconvened and it is time that we free, sovereign Americans start to pay attention to what is going on in Washington, D.C.  And we should not simply pay attention to what is going on there, we should be directing it!  We Americans are the sovereigns and the government is made up of public servants.  The only way that the government can claim sovereign immunity is based upon Americans applying for Social Security numbers and, thus, declaring themselves to be “U.S. residents”.  This is why the government claims that the income tax is voluntary – each of us voluntarily applied for a Social Security number (although nowadays it is the custom to register an American’s children at an early age to qualify for exemptions).  The very first law that established Social Security for state employees uses the term “voluntary” -  title 42 USC Section 418, “Voluntary agreements for coverage of State and local employees”.  In the eyes of the federal government any American who has applied for a Social Security number has waived all sovereignty and has volunteered to be subject to the personal income tax and, thus, no better off than the serfs of old England.

          One further item should be noted. ..

The personal income tax upon free, sovereign Americans is based upon the Social Security fraud.  However, the corporate income tax is probably legal since a corporation is a government creation and if the government wishes to consider a corporation as a “U.S. resident”, which it does in the definition at 26 USC Sec. 865(g), then that is fine.  Any true foreigner may be subject to an income tax if the government so desires.  But the government’s Social Security fraud upon free, sovereign Americans to subject them to an income tax is patently malevolent and purely evil.  Income tax is the second plank of the Communist Manifesto.  Inheritance tax is the third plank of the Communist Manifesto.  Having the government controlling education is the tenth plank of the Communist Manifesto.  It was in high school that I was told that I had to have a Social Security number.

          The ultimate conclusion behind the Social Security scam is that the federal government is fully aware that all Americans are free, sovereign individuals because the Declaration of Independence is the organic and fundamental first law of the land and it states that “all men are created equal”.  We Americans can simply reclaim our status and abolish the concept of Social Security as a federal insurance program since it only applies to “U.S. residents”.

The Federal Reserve is nothing more than an international counterfeiter – printing unbacked paper money.  A real “dollar” is a unit of measure – a “dollar” is defined in the law as a specific amount of gold or silver.  If someone asked you to go the store and buy a “gallon”, what would you buy?  A “gallon” is simply a unit of measure and could apply to nearly any commodity.  A Federal Reserve “dollar” is only backed by debt – it is counterfeit money.  The bankruptcy is therefore a fraud since the federal government never received anything of value – simply unbacked paper money worth only the ink and paper of which it’s made.

The Banks Own the Fed, and the Central Banks Own BIS


You know that the 12 Federal Reserve Banks are owned by private banksters. And you’ve heard of the Bank of International Settlements (BIS), which is the “Central Banks’ Central Bank”. But you probably don’t know who owns BIS or how it is regulated. Spiegel provided the answer last month:

The BIS is a closed organization owned by the 55 central banks. The heads of these central banks travel to the Basel headquarters once every two months, and the General Meeting, the BIS’s supreme executive body, takes place once a year.

So the private banks own the Fed (and other central banks), and the central banks, in turn, own BIS. Interestingly, Spiegel points out that BIS is largely immune from regulation, oversight or taxes:

Formally registered as a stock corporation, it is recognized as an international organization and, therefore, is not subject to any jurisdiction other than international law.

It does not need to pay tax, and its members and employees enjoy extensive immunity. No other institution regulates the BIS, despite the fact that it manages about 4 percent of the world’s total currency reserves, or €217 trillion ($304 trillion), as well as 120 tons of gold…

Central bankers are not elected by the people but are appointed by their governments. Nevertheless, they wield power that exceeds that of many political leaders. Their decisions affect entire economies, and a single word from their lips is capable of moving financial markets. They set interest rates, thereby determining the cost of borrowing and the speed of global financial currents.

The Bank for International Settlements BIS

The BIS is the most obscure arm of the Bretton-Woods International Financial architecture but its role is central. John Maynard Keynes wanted it closed down as it was used to launder money for the Nazis in World War II. Run by an inner elite representing the world's major central banks it controls most of the transferable money in the world. It uses that money to draw national governments into debt for the IMF.

Just how did we get here? How could we have defeated those horrible Germans not once but twice and still the obvious influence of fascism and nazism is everywhere? Why, because it was the US and England who supported and helped finance Hitler. We, the United States, were behind the 3rd Reich. Without the US and Prescott Bush, Hitler would never been able to pull off his quest for an Aryan empire. He was not interested in fighting the US or England. He wanted to rule over the Slavic and Russian territories. Why would he attack us, when we were his support? That's where FDR came in and made sure we entered the conflict by orchestrating the death of American's at Pearl Harbor. Hitler didn't really want a world war...but then again, when you're a patsy, you really don't have a choice. Here's a few companies that played a major role in making WWII a success for the Powers That Be. These same companies and then some are behind the New World Order. 



Without help from U.S. industrialists, Hitler might never have been able to wage World War II.


While most Americans were appalled by the Nazis and the rearming of Germany in the 1930s, some of America's most powerful corporations were more concerned about making a buck from their German investments. Here are a few examples of how U.S. industrialists supported Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany.


General Motors


• The Nazi connection: GM, which was controlled by the du Pont family during the 1930s, owned 80% of the stock of Opel AG, which made 30% of Germany's passenger cars.


• Helping Hitler: When Hitler's panzer divisions rolled into France and Eastern Europe, they were riding in Opel trucks and other equipment. Opel earned GM a hefty $36 million in the 10 years before war broke out, but because Hitler prohibited the export of capital, GM reinvested the profits in other German companies. At least $20 million was invested in companies owned or controlled by Nazi officials.


• GM may have even been plotting against the Roosevelt administration. According to Charles Higham inhis book Trading With The Enemy, GM representatives met secretly with Baron Manfred von Killinger, Nazi Germany's West Coast chief of espionage, and Baron von Tippleskirsch, the Nazi consul general and Gestapo leader, in Boston on November 23, 1937. The group "signed a joint agreement showing total commitment to the Nazi cause for the indefinite future," and proclaimed that "in view of Roosevelt's attitude toward Germany, every effort must be made to remove him by defeat at the next election. Jewish influence in the political, cultural, and public life in America must be stamped out. Press and radio must be subsidized to smear the administration," and a führer, perhaps Sen. Burton Wheeler of Montana, should be in the White House. Although the group tried to keep the agreement secret, Reprsentative John M. Coffee of Washington found out about it and had the entire text of the agreement printed in the Congressional Record in August 1942.


HENRY FORD, founder of the Ford Motor Company


• The Nazi connection: Ford, an outspoken anti-Semite, was a big donor to the Nazi party.


• Helping Hitler: Ford allegedly bankrolled Hitler in the early 1920s, at a time when the party had few other sources of income. In fact, the Party might have perished without Ford's sponsorship. Hitler admired Ford enormously. In 1922, The New York Times reported, "The wall beside his desk in Hitler's private office is decorated with a large picture of Henry Ford. In the antechamber there is a large table covered with books, nearly all of which are translations of books written and published by Henry Ford." (Hitler actually borrowed passages from Ford's book The International Jew to use in Mein Kampf). The same year, the German newspaper Berliner Tageblatt, a Hitler foe, called on the American ambassador to investigate Ford's funding of Hitler, but nothing was ever done. Ford never denied that he had bankrolled the führer. In fact, Hitler presented Nazi Germany's highest decoration for foreigners, the Grand Cross of the German Eagle, to Ford.


THE CURTISS-WRIGHT AVIATION COMPANY


• The Nazi connection: Employees of Curtiss-Wright taught dive-bombing to Hitler's Luftwaffe.


• Helping Hitler: When Hitler's bombers terrorized Europe, they were using American bombing techniques. The U.S. Navy invented dive-bombing several years before Hitler came to power, but managed to keep it a secret from the rest of the world by expressly prohibiting U.S. aircraft manufacturers from mentioning the technique to other countries. However, in 1934, Curtiss-Wright, hoping to increase sales of airplanes to Nazi Germany, found a way around the restrictions: instead of telling the Nazis about dive-bombing, it demonstrated the technique in air shows. A U.S. Senate investigation concluded, "It is apparent that American aviation companies did their part ot assist Germany's air armament."


STANDARD OIL


• The Nazi connection: The oil giant developed and financed Germany's synthetic fuel program in partnership with the German chemical giant, I.G. Farben.


• Helping Hitler: As late as 1934, Germany was forced to import as much as 85% of it's pertroleum from abroad. This meant that a worldwide fuel embargo could stop Hitler's army overnight. To get around this threat, Nazi Germany began converting domestic coal into synthetic fuel using processes developed jointly by Standard Oil and I.G. Farben.


• Standard taught I.G. Farben how to make tetraethyl-lead and add it to gasoline to make leaded gasoline. This information was priceless; leaded gas was essential for modern mechanized warfare. An I.G. Farben memo stated, "Since the beginning of the war we have been in a postition to produce lead tetraethyl solely because, a short time before the outbreak of the war, the Americans had established plants for us ready for production and supplied us with all available experience. In this manner we did not need to perform the difficult work of development because we could start production right away on the basis of all the experience that the Americans had had for years." Another memo noted that "without tetraethyl-lead, present methods of warfare would not be possible." (Trading With The Enemy)


• Still another I.G. Farben memo chronicled Stadard's assistance in procuring $20 million worth of aviation fuel and lubricants to be stockpiled for war: "The fact that we actually succeeded by means of the most difficult negotiations in buying the quantity desired by our government... and trasnporting it to Germany, was made possible only through the aid of the Standard Oil Co." (Note: According to a 1992 article in the Village Voice, Brown Brothers Harriman was the Wall Street investment firm that "arranged for a loan of tetraethyl lead to the Nazi Luftwaffe" in a 1938. A senior managing partner of the firm was George Bush's father, Prescott Bush.)


• Standard Oil may also have undermined U.S. preparations for war. A congressional investigation conducted after World War II found evidence that Standard Oil had conspired with I.G. Farben to block American research into synthetic rubber, in exchange for a promise that I.G. Farben would give Standard Oil a monopoly on it's rubber-synthesizing process. The investigation concluded that "Standard fully accomplished I.G.'s purpose of preventing the United States production by dissuading American rubber companies from undertaking independant research in developing synthetic rubber processes."


• Standard Oil may have also helped distribute pro-Nazi literature in Central America. According to Charles Higham in Trading With The Enemy, "on May 5, 1941, the U.S. Legation at Managua, Nicaragua, reproted that Standard Oil subsidaries were distributing Epoca, a publication filled with pro-Nazi propaganda. John J. Muccio, of the U.S. Consulate, made an investigation and found that Standard was distributing this inflammatory publication all over the world."


INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH


• The Nazi connection: IT&T owned substantial amounts of stock in several German armaments companies, including a 28% stake in Focke-Wolf, which built fighter aircraft for the German army.


• Helping Hitler: Unlike General Motors, IT&T was permitted to repatriate the profits it made in Germany, but it chose not to. Instead, the profits were reinvested in the German armaments industry. According to Anthony Sutton, author of Wall Street and the Rise Of Hitler: "IT&T's purchase of substantial interest in Focke-Wolfe meant that IT&T was producing German planes used to kill Americans and their allies - and it made excellent profits out of the enterprise." IT&T also owned factories in the neutral countries of Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, and Sweden, which continued selling products to Axis countries.


• The relationship with the Nazis continued even after the U.S. entered the war. According to Charles Higham in Trading With The Enemy, the German army, navy, and air force hired IT&T to make "switchboards, telephones, alarm gongs, buoys, air raid warning devices, radar equipment, and 30,000 fuses per month for artillery shells used to kill British and American troops" after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. "In addition," Higham writes, "IT&T supplied ingredients for the rocket bombs that fell on London... high frequency radio equipment, and fortification and field communication sets. Without this supply of crucial materials, it would have been impossible for the German air force to kill American and British troops, for the German army to fight the Allies in Africa, Italy, France, and Germany, for England to have been bombed, or for Allied ships to have been attacked at sea."


CHASE NATIONAL BANK (later Chase Manhattan Bank)


• The Nazi connection: Chase operated branches in Nazi-occupied Paris and handled accounts for the German embassy as well as German businesses operating in France.


• Helping Hitler: As late as 6 months before the start of World War II in Europe, Chase National Bank worked with the Nazis to raise money for Hitler from Nazi sympathizers in the U.S.


• According to Higham in Trading With The Enemy, "In essence, the Nazi government through the Chase National Bank offered Nazis in America the opportunity to buy German National Bank offered Nazies in America the opportunity to buy German marks with dollars at a discount. The arrangement was open only to those who wished to return to Germany and would use the marks in the interest of the Nazis." Americans who were interested had to prove to the Nazi embassy that they supported Hitler and his policies.


• Cooperation with the Nazis continued even after Amercia entered the war. For example, Higham says, Chase offices in Paris remained open long after other American banks had shut down, and even provided assistance to the Nazis: "The Chase Bank in Paris was the focus of substantial financing of the Nazi embassy's activities throughout World War II with the full knowledge of [Chase headquarters in] New York. In order to assure the Germans of its loyalty to the Nazi cause... the Vichy branch of Chase at Chateau-neuf-sur-Cher were strenuous in enforcing restrictions against Jewish property, even going so far as to refuse to release funds belonging to Jews because they anticipated a Nazi decree with retroactive provisions prohibiting such a release." I Need Help in Solving a Murder

My parents were involved with a group of people who were abducting kids all over the area and subjecting them to horrible atrocities.  I am desperately trying to get this to be looked at and so I am doing whatever I can to get this out there.  I am also uploading a video called You Need to Know Why I Still Need Help in Solving a Murder. From what I have researched, I think my parents had me in a program called the Monarch project- that was renamed MKUltra and now is called the Marathon project. I can hardly be the only person involved with this- and what I am looking for are other survivors of this.

The report of the National Transportation Safety Board came out on August 8, 2000, 13 months after the plane crash of JFK Jr. It contradicts many of the lies pushed in the media. For example, the L.A. Times reported "The accident that killed Kennedy was caused by an inexperienced pilot .. the NTSB concluded in its final report" (LA TIMES, 7/7/00, page 1). The United States exists in two forms:

1. The original United States that was in operation until 1860; a collection of sovereign Republics in the union. Under the original Constitution the States controlled the Federal Government; the Federal Government did not control the States and had very little authority.

2. The original United States has been usurped by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which only controls the District of Columbia and it’s territories, and which is actually a corporation (the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) that acts as our current government. The United States Corporation operates under Corporate/Commercial/Public Law rather than Common/Private Law.

The original Constitution was never removed; it has simply been dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day. This fact was made clear by Supreme Court Justice Marshall Harlan (Downes v. Bidwell, 182, U.S. 244 1901) by giving the following dissenting opinion: “Two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions; the other to be maintained by Congress outside and Independently of that Instrument.”

The Restore America Plan reclaimed the De Jure institutions of government of the 50 State Republics in order to restore Common Law that represents the voice of the people and ends Corporate Law that ignores the voice of the people while operating under Maritime/Admiralty/International Law. This occurred when warrants were delivered to all 50 Governors on March 30, 2010.

The rewritten Constitution of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION bypasses the original Constitution for the United States of America, which explains why our Congressmen and Senators don’t abide by it, and the President can write Executive Orders to do whatever he/she wants. They are following corporate laws that completely strip sovereigns of their God given unalienable rights. Corporate/Commercial/Public Law is not sovereign (private), as it is an agreement between two or more parties under contract. Common Law (which sovereigns operate under) is not Commercial Law; it is personal and private.

De Jure – Existing by right or according to law; original, lawful. Common Law operates under De Jure terms.

De Facto - In practice but not necessarily ordained by law; in fact, in reality. Corporate Law operates under De Facto terms.

Sovereign – A real person. Sovereigns can own property while Citizens/Subjects cannot. According to the original Constitution, all government comes from the Sovereign Individual. Without the Sovereign Individual, there is no government.

U.S. Citizen/Subject – A corporate fictitious entity that merely represents the real person. It acts as a “strawman.” [To call oneself a “sovereign citizen” or “sovereign subject” is an oxymoron, since “sovereign” and “citizen/subject” are mutually exclusive of each other.] When asked if you are a “U.S. Citizen” on corporate legal documents, if you check “yes,” you agree to the terms of Corporate Law and unknowingly relinquish your sovereign status and transfer all of your rights to the UNITED STATES CORPORATION since you are now under contract.

Corporation – A non-human, fictitious entity. Corporate fictitious entities are denoted in all caps. This includes the names of Citizens/Subjects. Your fictitious “strawman” entity is addressed in all caps, i.e. JOHN SMITH, rather than John Smith.

Common Law – God’s law. Common Law and the system of De Jure Juries apply to sovereigns in disputes. In Common Law, contracts must be entered into knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally.

Admiralty/Maritime Law/International Law – The King’s law. Deals with criminal acts that only apply to international contracts. Under this law, the people are no longer sovereign. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) that the United States practices is based on Admiralty Law. Under the UCC, contracts do not have to be entered into knowingly. Simple agreements can be binding, and as long as you exercise the benefits of that "agreement," you must meet the obligations associated with those benefits. If you accept the benefit offered by the government, then you MUST follow, to the letter,
each and every statute involved with that benefit. That “benefit” is the Federal Reserve Notes (U.S. dollars). By paying for things with U.S. dollars you are unknowingly giving up all of your Constitutional rights and are legally obligated to follow all of the UCC statues. But you were NEVER told this.

Lawful – A term used in Common Law.

Legal – A term used in the UCC which applies to Corporate Law.

HOW THE CONSTITUTION WAS USURPED BY THE CORPORATION

(note by Panama Legal: These are the basic premises adhered to by the people in the movement and the people in the Sovereign movement. The Government is a Corporation actually functioning as the Federal Government. Thus it does not have to follow the constitution. Also it does not matter if Obama is not a natural born citizen since it is a corporation he is the head of. The corporation gets the permission of the people to reign over them by deceit. This is done by wording in the Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, driving Licenses, IRS forms, Marriage Licenses and other documents. They always refer to the “person” in all capital letters. What the theory is goes like this. When you enter a US Courtroom there is a military or admiralty flag flying. The US Military dopes not have the protection of the constitution, neither does this apply to admiralty laws with ships at sea. When you enter a court room and cross through that little wooden gate they have and go to the area where the plaintiff (prosecutor) and defendant sit along with judge, court reporter, you are entering a “ship” or a foreign country as evidenced by the admiralty or military flag flying thus the constitution has no applicability and you are under equity law not common law. The flaw with their scheme is that there is no full disclosure to the people about any of this. This is brief over simplified synopsis of the scam run by the federal corporation. In 1788 (January 1), The United States was officially bankrupt.

In 1790 (August 4), Article One of the U.S. Statues at Large, pages 138-178, abolished the States of the Republic and created Federal Districts. In the same year, the former States of the Republic reorganized as Corporations and their legislatures wrote new State Constitutions, absent defined boundaries, which they presented to the people of each state for a vote...the new State Constitutions fraudulently made the people “Citizens” of the new Corporate States. A Citizen is also defined as a “corporate fiction."

In 1845, Congress passed legislation that would ultimately allow Common Law to be usurped by Admiralty Law. www.barefootsworld.net/admiralty.html explains this change. The yellow fringe placed at the bottom of court flags shows this is still true. Before 1845, Americans were considered sovereign individuals who governed themselves under Common Law.

In 1861, President Lincoln declared a National Emergency and Martial Law, which gave the President unprecedented powers and removed it from the other branches. This has NEVER been reversed.

In 1865, the capital was moved to Washington, D.C., a separate country – not a part of the United States of America.

In 1871, The United States became a Corporation with a new constitution and a new corporate government, and the original constitutional government was vacated to become dormant, but it was never terminated. The new constitution had to be ratified by the people according to the original constitution, but it never was. The whole process occurred behind closed doors. The people are the source of financing for this new government.

In 1917, the Trading with the Enemy Act (TWEA) was passed. It gave the President and the Alien Property Custodian the right to seize the assets of the people included in this act and if they wanted to do business in this country they could apply for a license to do so. By 1921, the Federal Reserve Bank (the trustee for the Alien Property Custodian) held over $700,000,000 in trust.” Understand that this trust was based on our assets, not theirs.

In 1933, 48 Stat 1, of the TWEA was amended to include the United States Person because they wanted to take our gold away. Executive Order 6102 was created to make it illegal for a U.S. Citizen to own gold. In order for the Government to take our gold away and violate our Constitutional rights, we were reclassified as ENEMY COMBATANTS.”

In 1933, there was a second United States bankruptcy. In the first bankruptcy the United States collateralized all public lands. In the 1933 bankruptcy, the U.S. government collateralized the private lands of the people (a lien) – they borrowed money against our private lands. They were then mortgaged. That is why we pay property taxes.

From a speech in Congress in The Bankruptcy of the United States Congressional Record, March 17, 1993, Vol. 33, page H-1303, Speaker Representative James Trafficant Jr. (Ohio) addressing the House states:

“...It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m session June 5, 1933 - Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.

The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government for the United States. This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America. This act was instituted and established by transferring and/or placing the Office of the Secretary of Treasury to that of the Governor of the International Monetary Fund. Prior to 1913, most Americans owned clear, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens of mortgages until the Federal Reserve Act (1913) “Hypothecated” all property within the Federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, in which the Trustees (stockholders) held legal title. The U.S. Citizen (tenant, franchisee) was registered as a “beneficiary” of the trust via his/her birth certificate. In 1933, the Federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets, and labor of their “subjects,” the 14th Amendment U.S. Citizen to the Federal Reserve System. In return, the Federal Reserve System agreed to extend the federal United States Corporation all of the credit “money substitute” it needed.

Like any debtor, the Federal United States government had to assign collateral and security to their creditors as a condition of the loan. Since the Federal United States didn’t have any assets, they assigned the private property of their “economic slaves,” the U.S. Citizens, as collateral against the federal debt. They also pledged the unincorporated federal territories, national parks, forests, birth certificates, and nonprofit organizations as collateral against the federal debt. All has already been transferred as payment to the international bankers.

In 1944, Washington D.C. was deeded to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by the Breton Woods Agreement. The IMF is made up of wealthy people that own most of the banking industries of the world. It is an organized group of bankers that have taken control of most governments of the world so the bankers run the world. Congress, the IRS, and the President work for the IMF. HOW CAN WE REPAIR OUR COUNTRY RIGHT NOW?

Our Founding Fathers looked back to history for precedent when they decided they wanted to change their government. What they found was the Magna Carta Liberatum, the Great Charter of Freedoms. It set a precedent that changed the face of England forever, by establishing that the King was not above the law.

King John of England signed the Magna Carta after immense pressure from the Church and his barons (the people). The King often lived above the law, violating both Feudal and Common Law, and was heavily criticized for his foreign policy and actions in England. The Barons, with the support of the Church, pressured King John to spell out a list of their rights and guarantee that those rights would be enforced. The Barons provided a draft, and after some negotiation, King John put his seal to the Magna Carta in Runnymede, in June of 1215.

Section 61 set rules for establishing the Grand Jury. It states: Since we have granted all these things for God, for the better ordering of our kingdom, and to allay the discord that has arisen between us and our barons (people), and since we desire that they shall be enjoyed in their entirety, with lasting strength, forever, we give and grant to the barons the following security: The barons shall elect twenty-five of their number to keep, and cause to be observed with all their might, the peace and liberties granted and confirmed to them by this charter. If we, our chief justice, our officials, or any of our servants offend in any respect against any man, or transgress any of the articles of the peace or of this security, and the offense is made known to four of the said twenty-five barons, they shall come to us.”

On March 30, 2010, an 80 page warrant was sent to the Governors of all 50 states, in which they were advised that their bonds of operation had been arrested. All corporations must have bonds to operate. When the Governors bonds were revoked, they could not do any business until this was resolved.

The de facto office of Governor of the “State of __________” of each of the fifty (50) incorporated States of the United States Federal Corporation, and all vestiges thereof, is hereby resorbed into the respective De Jure office of Governor of ___________ (e.g. New York) of each of the respective fifty (50) free republics of the United States of America, c. 1787, upon the man or woman occupying each such office receiving notice of this Warrant. Several General Orders were included in the document. For instance, General Order One advised the Governors to cease and desist all tax related actions against the sovereign People. General Order Two advised them to Cease and desist all foreclosure and collection actions against the sovereign People.

Further instructions included replacing Corporate with Constitutional symbols. For instance, "You are further ordered to direct Hillary Rodham Clinton, a woman occupying the office of Secretary of State, to (i) replace the Great Seal of the United States with the De Jure seal as existed on December 19, 1860, and (ii) replace the Great Seal of the President of the United States and presidential coat of arms wherever visible with the seal and coat of arms as existed on December 19, 1860, until such time as a new seal can be designed which is devoid of pagan and occult symbolism."

EVIDENCE THE WARRANTS WERE DELIVERED

PREFACE
(Translated by Victor E. Marsden)
The author of this translation of the famous Protocols was himself a victim of the Revolution. He had lived for many years in Russia and was married to a Russian lady. Among his other activities in Russia he had been for a number of years a Russian Correspondent of the MORNING POST, a position which he occupied when the Revolution broke out, and his vivid descriptions of events in Russia will still be in the recollection of many of the readers of that Journal. Naturally he was singled out for the anger of the Soviet. On the day that Captain Cromie was murdered by Jews, Victor Marsden was arrested and thrown into the Peter-Paul Prison, expecting every day to have his name called out for execution. This, however, he escaped, and eventually he was allowed to return to England very much of a wreck in bodily health. However, he recovered under treatment and the devoted care of his wife and friends. One of the first things he undertook, as soon as he was able, was this translation of the Protocols. Mr. Marsden was eminently well qualified for the work. His intimate acquaintance with Russia, Russian life and the Russian language on the one hand, and his mastery of a terse literary English style on the other, placed him in a position of advantage which few others could claim. The consequence is that we have in his version an eminently readable work, and though the subject-matter is somewhat formless, Mr. Marsden's literary touch reveals the thread running through the twenty-four Protocols.

It may be said with truth that this work was carried out at the cost of Mr. Marsden's own life's blood. He told the writer of this Preface that he could not stand more than an hour at a time of his work on it in the British Museum, as the diabolical spirit of the matter which he was obliged to turn into English made him positively ill.

Mr. Marsden's connection with the MORNING POST was not severed by his return to England, and he was well enough to accept the post of special correspondent of that journal in the suite of H.R.H., the Prince of Wales on his Empire tour. From this he returned with the Prince, apparently in much better health, but within a few days of his landing he was taken suddenly ill, and died after a very brief illness.

May this work be his crowning monument! In it he has performed an immense service to the English-speaking world, and there can be little doubt that it will take its place in the first rank of the English versions of "THE PROTOCOLS of the Meetings of the LEARNED ELDERS OF ZION."

INTRODUCTION
Of the Protocols themselves little need be said in the way of introduction. The book in which they are embodied was first published in the year 1897 by Philip Stepanov for private circulation among his intimate friends. The first time Nilus published them was in 1901 in a book called The Great Within the Small and reprinted in 1905. A copy of this is in the British Museum bearing the date of its reception, August 10, 1906. All copies that were known to exist in Russia were destroyed in the Kerensky regime, and under his successors the possession of a copy by anyone in Soviet land was a crime sufficient to ensure the owner's of being shot on sight. The fact is in itself sufficient proof of the genuineness of the Protocols. The Jewish journals, of course, say that they are a forgery, leaving it to be understood that Professor Nilus, who embodied them in a work of his own, had concocted them for his own purposes.

Mr. Henry Ford, in an interview published in the New York WORLD, February 17th, 1921, put the case for Nilus tersely and convincingly thus:

"The only statement I care to make about the PROTOCOLS is that they fit in with what is going on. They are sixteen years old, and they have fitted the world situation up to this time. THEY FIT IT NOW."

The word "Protocol" signifies a precis gummed on to the front of a document, a draft of a document, minutes of proceedings. In this instance, "Protocol" means minutes of the proceedings of the Meetings of the Learned Elders of Zion. These Protocols give the substance of addresses delivered to the innermost circle of the Rulers of Zion. They reveal the converted plan of action of the Jewish Nation developed through the ages and edited by the Elders themselves up to date. Parts and summaries of the plan have been published from time to time during the centuries as the secrets of the Elders have leaked out. The claim of the Jews that the Protocols are forgeries is in itself an admission of their genuineness, for they NEVER ATTEMPT TO ANSWER THE FACTS corresponding to the THREATS which the Protocols contain, and, indeed, the correspondence between prophecy and fulfillment is too glaring to be set aside or obscured. This the Jews well know and therefore evade.

Captain A.H.M. Ramsay records in his classic, The Nameless War: "According to a letter published in "Plain English" (a weekly review published by the North British Publishing Co. and edited by the late Lord Alfred Douglas) on 3rd September, 1921...

"The Learned Elders have been in existence for a much longer period than they have perhaps suspected. My friend, Mr. L. D. van Valckert, of Amsterdam, has recently sent me a letter containing two extracts from the Synagogue at Mulheim. General Albert Pike and three world wars...

Albert Pike also of Newbury Port moved to Arkansas where he became a prominent member of the secessionist movement. He was chosen by Mazzini to head the Illuminati operations in America and moved to Charleston, South Carolina, in 1852. During the war he was made a brigadier general and placed in charge of raising an army of Indians. Pike's reign of terror was so despicable that foreign governments intervened to put an end to his savagery.

How to Tell a Democrat from a Republican

Many of you have expressed great confusion, in these troubled times, in trying to tell a Republican from a Democrat. Sure, we know what they say they are; most of them have well displayed nameplates. But could you tell one from the other in a blind test? That is, without prior knowledge and access to his/her nameplate, could you determine which was which simply by his/her actions? Probably not. The purpose of this essay is to assist you in making such an identification. In the following paragraphs, I will list the major issues of our times and clearly identify the differences between the Republican and Democrat approaches to these issues.


Abortion
Democrats are generally for abortion. Unwanted pregnancy is -- like addiction to drugs or alcohol, tardiness, and procrastination -- an affliction and therefore needs to be treated by the government.

Republicans are generally opposed to abortion unless of course it is one's own daughter that got knocked up, in which case the decent thing to do is to ship her off to some distant city where private but expensive medical care can be provided and the local community is spared the details.
Animals
Democrats believe that wild animals should have all the rights of humans, protected from any harm and allowed to die slow and agonizing deaths like most of the world's humans do.

Republicans believe that wild animals were put here for the sport of hunting, provide a little expensive but gamy and tough meat, and an occasional fur coat for the missus.
Both think that domestic animals and the raising thereof need massive government support. This often results in an excess of such animals, which are then killed, burnt or buried instead of being shipped off to starving humanity around the world because to do so might upset the local economy.

Capital Punishment
Democrats
Because Democrats are genetically compassionate, they are opposed to capital punishment especially if it is someone who has tortured and molested 27 women and children to death as it is self evident that such a person has had a bad childhood, probably having his pacifier forcibly taken before he was nine years old. However, Democrats do make an exception to this opinion, if the victims were actually a close friend or part of the family. That family includes the family of government employees such as those that were blown up in Oklahoma City. In cases like that, the guy ought to be hung out in the sun by his testicles and left to die a slow death.

The Republican's position on this issue is clear and is based upon the Judeo/Christian bible: an eye for an eye. That we are not always completely sure that we have the right dude before we send him on his way to St. Peter is not really all that serious of an issue. "God will sort it out" is their most commonly stated rationale for slaughtering a group of people that from their very looks it is obvious that they are guilty -- of something. Actually God really only gave us a hint as to the real possibilities: how about a lopped head for a mashed finger, for instance? That certainly should work even better. I understand that there are now over 50 offenses for which you can be given a quick dispatch to meet your maker.

The Children!
Democrats love children as a group but find individual children a pain in the butt. "We do it for the children" is an extremely effective slogan for the populace whether the particular program at issue is robbing the tobacco companies or grabbing more land in Colorado. The annoyance of individual children is easily appeased by hiring illegal aliens for house nannies.

Republicans love individual children but find supporting the class of children as not part of God's plan (see Jeremiah 18:21: "So give their children over to famine; hand them over to the power of the sword.")
Crime
Democrats know that when someone commits a crime, it is society that has failed and should have to pay -- in the form of higher taxes and reduced freedom.

Republicans believe that every person inherently knows right from wrong, whether they were raised by harlot on the mean streets of East St. Louis or by a wealthy Episcopal minister in the ritzy 'burbs of Germantown. They know that the solution to violent crime is to beat the hell out of the perpetrators.
Drugs
Democrats
Democrats have no qualms about about recreational drugs. In fact they think the use of such drugs is cool. However, medicinal drugs are another matter. Since they think of the general populace as children, they want these drugs highly regulated.


Republicans
Recreational drugs are absolutely verboten according to the Republicans. It is rumored that many folks actually have great fun with such drugs, therefore they are opposed, of course, as it is a basic principle of Conservatism that having too much fun is bad for the character.

On the other hand, Republicans would allow you to prescribe and buy medicinal drugs without constraint as the drug industry is quite profitable. If you use the wrong drug or a bit too much, then the subsequent repairs to your body will again raise the national income just a bit.

Republicans support the consumption of vast quantities of alcohol even though it kills more people by a factor of ten than all the "illegal" drugs combined. This makes sense because while it may get you high and out of control, technically it is not a "controlled substance".

The Drug War
Strangely, while Republicans oppose the use of recreational drugs and Democrats are much more tolerant, they both support, with great enthusiasm, the so-called War on Drugs (WOD). That is because the WOD has little to do with drugs but is big business with large profits and incentives as well as an expression of political agendas and control.
Making a distinction between Republicans and Democrats with regard to the WOD is difficult for several reasons that are fundamental to what government is all about. I list a few:


The WOD allowed that time-honored tradition of governments -- the seizure of private property -- to be re-instated (amazingly, with citizen approval!). History tells us that in ancient times, governments satisfied their desire for accumulating wealth by simple and honest plunder and property seizure. As governments got smarter, they organized the theft, provided a stable environment for its culture and labeled it "taxation" (See Mancur Olson's essay, "Dictatorship, Democracy, and Development", American Political Science Review, Sept. 1993). I quote Olson (discussing the successful evolution of Chinese warlords): "The warlords had no claim to legitimacy and their thefts were distinguished from those of roving bandits only because they took the form of continuing taxation rather than occasional plunder." (In these modern times, the plunder sometimes has even more sophisticated titles such as "surcharge" as used by the recently imposed fee on anyone who has more than one telephone line.)

The WOD allows the meddling in the affairs of small defenseless countries at will.

The WOD provides another great opportunity to collect and spend great quantities of taxpayer's hard earned cash without any serious opposition. The reason for this is that the Drug problem is very close to being a natural disaster -- which governments love as they can spend freely without complaints.

That said, there are small but helpful differences:
Democrats
The Democrats, as well as the Republicans, support the WOD, if for no other reason, because to do otherwise would result in the loss of votes. However, Democrats also support the concept as it allows the U.S. to act as the world policeman. Socialism is never going to work without one-world government.


Republicans
The Republicans love the WOD because it allows us to build up the military, throw a lot of people in jail that don't come around to the prescribed religious/moral values, and is very profitable.

Education
Democrats are for universal government provided education and to make it fair, all educational institutions must be equally bad. Of course that only applies to the general population -- politicians send their own children to private schools so that when they graduate they might actually be prepared to make a decent living and they will not be biased against the values of public education for the masses.

Republicans support private education but do not see any reason why the institutions shouldn't be government funded. They particularly like the idea of religious or military schools that are better equipped to teach a state of perpetual obedience.
Environment
Democrats see the "environment" as another means to control the masses. Even if "Global Warming" only exists in the heads of some out-of-work pacifists, it is certainly a powerful tool to keep the masses towing the line. Further, it is an unbelievable sink hole for public funds. Have you ever looked at what the asbestos scare cost?

Republicans were a little late in appreciating the merits of environmentalism and have therefore had to live with some bad press. However, someone finally showed them how much money could be made by simply declaring Freon 12 as the main cause of Global Warming from which billions were made developing and selling a new coolant. This brought them around and now they frantically trying to find the next common household product to ban -- like toilets that use too much water.
Government Spending
Democrats
Democrats make no excuses about massive government spending. For the government to provide a happy, healthy, shameless, and even exciting society, for everyone, regardless of their personal means, requires a massive amount of cash from the citizens as well as all you can borrow. Further, to make sure that no citizen gets into trouble and is in bed each night at a reasonable hour, a huge government staff is a necessity. This, in turn, requires every dime the public can spare and just a bit more.

Republicans
Republicans, in their hearts, and especially at campaign time, really would like to cut back on government spending -- especially such luxuries as the social, environmental, and health programs. But there are necessities that it would be irresponsible to avoid. Such things as National Defense, which requires a military budget far greater than any we have had in any major war, can no more be cut back than you can cut back on helping the folks back home that need a superhighway to the new park out in the country. These are essential expenditures unlike the "feel good" stuff of the Democrats. When Iraq threatens our shores by such hostile actions as flying one of their planes over the southern half of their country, we better be ready for action.

Individual Liberty
Democrats
Democrats are great believers in the concept of Liberty for all of humanity. It's just that individual humans need to be restrained -- for their on good of course. It would be irresponsible to let an individual endanger their health by eating greasy theater popcorn or drinking water from a mountain stream that some fish has peed in (and hasn't been tested by a government agency). Sadly, when you face the reality, every aspect of human activity must be controlled by the superior knowledge of the government bureaucrat. That government bureaucrats themselves are sometimes accused of being human is a fallacious argument as their holistic association results in superior knowledge.


Republicans
Republicans would like to give people lots of freedom especially those that are economically active such the officers of large corporations and farmers. However, some aspects of human nature just cannot go unpunished. There must be law and order. Violence must be stopped if we have to kill every one of the sorry bastards. Republicans feel that they have the monstrous responsibility of enforcing God's word. It is not a matter of public vote. People who have unapproved sex, get high on anything (including testosterone) except approved drugs such as alcohol, cigarettes, and caffeine, don't regularly go to an approved church, allow their kids to kiss before they get married, and talk smart to policemen that are dutifully beating the hell out of them, must receive appropriate punishment.

Military
Democrats are very fond of the military as it is a vast receptacle of funds and the defense industry has the reputation of being basically a giant welfare program for mostly engineers and scientists, without which millions of them would have to get a real job.

Republicans also love the military for its capacity to absorb unbelievably large quantities of money. Even more they appreciate the importance of importing American Justice to sometimes unreceptive countries by means of our military.
Privacy
Democrats believe in the sacred right of privacy as guaranteed by our Founding Fathers. Unless, of course, it involves money, children, or your conversation on the phone (it is well known that phones are sometimes used by terrorists).

Republicans see no particular reason why you would want privacy. What's the matter: You got something to hide? If you are not doing anything criminal, then privacy should not be a concern, according to them. Too much privacy is a real hindrance to getting every one in jail that ought to be there.
Private Property
Democrats believe that all property should be shared equally among the people and enough to the animals to ensure their welfare (which they can't do for the people as there is just not enough). To insure the proper usage of property, the government, of course, must be the actual custodian of the property. What you think is yours is actually only on loan to you and may be recalled at any time. The whining of property owners that lose up in the millions of dollars when the government declares that a piece of property is needed for R&R for traveling geese is misplaced as it never belonged to these so-called property owners in the first place.

Republicans, on the other hand, definately believe in the right to private property as clearly enunciated by our Founding Fathers. But there is one small catch: The Bible is older than the Constition and trumps it. The bible points out very clearly, "When an ox gores a man or a woman to death, the ox must be stoned; the flesh may not be eaten. The owner of the ox, however, shall go unpunished", Exodus 21:28. That means that if your house or your car or your bank account is in any remote way associated with a crime, then it must be "stoned to death". The modern translation of "stoned to death" is "given to the government".
Surprizingly, an amazing amount of property is in someway related to a crime. For example, let us say that some pot dealer is driving down the street and decides to turn his car around using your driveway. It is obvious that your property has now aided in a crime for if it had not been there, the druggie's auto would have fallen into a bottomless pit. Case closed.

Racial Issues
Democrats believe all "minority" races to be "disadvantaged" and to need government help. An exception is made for the Orientals because they stubbornly insist on doing quite well for themselves and refuse to suck up. They see minorities mainly as large block votes at bargain prices. Classes should not be encouraged to mix as we need to retain each of their cultures.

Republicans have always been fond of the people of color as they have been very well behaved house servants every since Lincoln freed them from slavery. Classes should not be allowed to mix as an inferior offspring will result. Some claim that hybrids in the animal world are usually superior to their parents but this is easily answered as humans obviously are not animals!
Religion
Democrats think religion is cool especially if it is "New Age", ancient Native American superstitions, Far East shamanism, or African witch doctors. What they can't stand are the low class, red neck religions like Church of God and Southern Baptists.

Republicans are in full support of religion and see it as every citizen's duty -- as long as it is "main line". The definition of "main line" is left up to the politicians, of course.
Sex
Democrats are in full support of sexual activity, especially if it is a little kooky. The concept of the old fashioned "male-female" sexual interaction is best left to the lower animals.

Republicans know that the purpose of sex is for procreation and not pleasure. If you must have pleasurable sex, which by definition would be outside of the marriage, then for God's sake have the decency to lie about it!
Smoking
Democrats consider any form of smoking of tobacco that is produced by the large corporations to be evil. The only material acceptable for smoking is marijuana or Native American ritual tobacco. If you are invited to the home of one of your cool friends and are handed a joint, do not think you have to eat it just because there is a sign on the wall that says, "Thank you for not Smoking".

Republicans think smoking is fine as long as it provides the opportunity to ship large quantities of money to the subsidized tobacco farmers and producers. Of course the smoking of any "controlled substance" is not permitted even if tobacco kills far more people. Because, it is the law, you idiot. Republicans are for law and order. Lots of both.
War and other "World Cop" Activities
Democrats, the "Peace Party", are strongly against war and other police actions and will attempt to create legislation to limit presidential powers and to influence public opinion -- during Republican administrations. Of course, if the Democrats happen to be in charge, then such activities are OK because their purpose is to stop violence and to "prevent further suffering and bloodshed".

Republicans, on the other hand, have no hesitation in bombing any recalcitrant country (those that refuse to accept aid in return for submission to U.S. control) "back to the stone age", unless, of course, the Democrats are in power. In that case, they are opposed to such acts because Democrats rarely have a decent "exit strategy". ("Exit Strategy" is a term often used in discussions of sexual activity. It is sort of the opposite to "foreplay".)
Wealth
Democrats believe in the concept of "equal distribution of wealth" even if they happened to be hoarding quite a pile of it. They justify this by the fact that to do their job requires that they live in a certain high class style that allows them to associate with the influential.

Republicans believe that hard work and the economic "invisible hand" will make sure that anyone who deserves it gets it or the reverse as the case may be. By definition, if you are broke and living off the street, you deserve it.

NoMore Obama?
The Calm Before The Storm
The American people desperately need to be educated about how our financial system really works.  But unfortunately, most Americans will likely not wake up until the whole house of cards comes crashing down.

An eerie calm has descended upon world financial markets as they await perhaps the two most important financial events of the year this week.  On Tuesday, investors will be eagerly awaiting the results of one of the most anticipated midterm elections in U.S. history.  On Wednesday, the Federal Reserve is expected to end months of speculation by formally announcing the details of a new round of quantitative easing.  If either the election or the meeting of the Federal Reserve open market committee delivers a highly unexpected result, it could have a dramatic impact on world financial markets.  In fact, many are looking at this week as a potential turning point for the U.S. economy.  The decisions that are made or not made this week could set us down a road from which the U.S. economy may never recover.

At this point, it looks like the Republicans will take control of the U.S. House of Representatives and will pick up a number of U.S. Senate seats as well.

There are many in the financial world who already consider Barack Obama to be the most "anti-business" president in U.S. history, so a defeat for the Democrats on Tuesday would be greatly welcomed by many on Wall Street.  Barack Obama's decline in popularity since he was elected has been absolutely stunning.  According to Gallup, Barack Obama had an average approval rating of just 44.7% during the seventh quarter of his presidency, which was a brand new low.  In fact, Obama's average approval rating has fallen during every single quarter since he took office.  Things have gotten so bad for Obama that one new poll has found that 47% of Democrats now think that Barack Obama should be challenged for the 2012 Democratic presidential nomination.

However, if the Democrats were able to do surprisingly well on Tuesday, it would not only shock the political pundits, but it would also likely put world financial markets in a very bad mood.

If the Republicans do very well on Tuesday, it will likely mean that there will be no more extensions for those receiving long-term unemployment benefits.  Some state governments are already anticipating this and are making preparations.  For example, armed security guards are now being posted at all 36 full-service unemployment offices in the state of Indiana.  It is estimated that approximately 2 million Americans will lose their unemployment insurance benefits during this upcoming holiday season if  Congress does not authorize another emergency extension of benefits by the end of November.  If the Republicans do very well on Tuesday, it would make it much more likely that the extension will not happen.

But if millions of unemployed Americans suddenly find themselves without any unemployment checks, that is only going to cause the anger and frustration regarding this economy to grow.

Either way, the unfortunate truth is that this election is not going to change much.

Over the past five elections, incumbents have been re-elected to the U.S. House of Representatives at an average rate of 96 percent.

This time will be a little different of course, but not that much different.  The sad truth is that we are still likely to see about 80 percent of the exact same faces going back to the U.S. Congress for the next session.

However, even if the American people could somehow vote out every single member of Congress, it would still not do much to fundamentally change our economic situation because the U.S. Congress does not run the economy and neither does the President.

Of course both of those institutions can influence the U.S. economy, but it is actually the Federal Reserve that runs the economy.

The Federal Reserve controls the money supply.  The Federal Reserve controls our interest rates.  If the U.S. government wants more money it has to go get it from the Federal Reserve.  It is the Federal Reserve that is tasked with the mandate of keeping unemployment low while also keeping inflation at a "reasonable" level.

But these days, Federal Reserve officials don't really seem to be that concerned about the dangers of inflation.  In fact, several top Federal Reserve officials have come out in recent weeks and have made public statements not only advocating more quantitative easing, but also suggesting that inflation is not a danger because it is actually "too low" right now.

In fact, there have been some rumblings that many officials at the Fed would actually welcome more inflation because they think that it would somehow stimulate the economy.  In fact, a Federal Reserve paper that was released in September actually floated the idea that a spike in oil prices would be quite good for the U.S. economy.

And these are the people running our economy?

Are we all caught in an episode of The Twilight Zone?

Well, as far as rising oil prices are concerned, the Fed will almost surely get its wish.  As I have written about previously, the price of oil is almost certainly heading to 100 dollars a barrel.

But if the price of oil shoots up, isn't that going to cause significant inflationary pressure on the prices of thousands of other goods and services?

Of course.

Unfortunately, very few of our leaders seem too concerned about inflation or about protecting the value of the U.S. dollar these days.

In fact, now even the IMF is publicly proclaiming that the U.S. dollar is "overvalued".

What a mess.

But there is another aspect of a new round of "quantitative easing" that the American people really wouldn't like if they could actually figure out what is going on.

You see, the truth is that "quantitative easing" is not only just a way to stimulate the economy, it is also a way to give backdoor bailouts to the big banks without having to go through the U.S. Congress.

In a previous article, I described how this works....

1) The big U.S. banks have massive quantities of junk mortgage-backed securities that are worth little to nothing that they desperately want to get rid of.

2) They convince the Federal Reserve (which the big banks are part-owners of) to buy up these "toxic assets" at significantly above market price.

3) The Federal Reserve creates massive amounts of money out of thin air to buy up all of these troubled assets.  The public is told that all of this "quantitative easing" is necessary to stimulate the U.S. economy.

4) The big banks are re-capitalized and have gotten massive amounts of bad mortgage securities off their hands, the Federal Reserve has found a way to pump hundreds of billions (if not trillions) of dollars into the economy, and most of the American people are none the wiser.

Now how do you think the American people would feel about "quantitative easing" if they really understood all this?

But unfortunately, most Americans will be watching the election results on Tuesday night without having even a basic understanding of how our economy is really run.

Already, there are a ton of signs that the U.S. economy is heading in a very bad direction, and dumping a handful of Congress critters out of office might feel good, but it isn't going to do much to really change our economic problems.

Time to wake up...who wants to bet the so called voting that just went down has no affect on the status quo? Do you think more jobs will be created? Balance the budget? Economic turnaround? To the average American, they believe the system is broke. To the criminals we keep voting into office, the system is working beautifully.
