 UFO & Alien Existence Disclosure

Most people who've discovered the existence of UFOs look forward to the time when this becomes common knowledge. My question is, why do you want public disclosure to occur? Why do you think it's important that people know about this? If you don't want public disclosure, why not? My reasons are kind of selfish it seems. I think a lot of people who know me look down upon me because of my belief in UFOs. They probably think I'm foolish, insane, a liar, and untrustworthy. When people look at you this way, that judgment is applied to everything you do and say. It's frustrating and hurtful. Nonetheless I don't let that get in the way when it comes to my attempt at educating people about this subject.

Care to hear the opinion of a skeptic? Too bad, Im gonna give it to you anyway.
Its basically what you say, believers want disclosure so they can feel vindicated. They want to have that "I told you so" feeling, and that "see, Im not crazy" feeling. They want respect in front of their peers. I suspect that if they were vindicated by such a disclosure that they would soon find a new conspiracy to believe in. Such beliefs usually occur in clusters within the individuals, even if the beliefs are quite disparate. The common factor is the person.

why would you want to feel vindicated for something you made up?
i would think you'd only want to feel vindicated if you actually saw something and were upset that nobody believed you.

I know it's hard to believe but some of us have transcended the skeptic-believer dichotomy. For one, I could care less what others believe - I will have no interest rubbing anything in anyone's face. I'm more interested in the potential positives which may come with disclosure.

I've done the research and have a pretty strongly established belief that UFO's watch over our evolution. I look into shit a lot. But after all I could be 100 percent wrong and the shit could be nothing more than an odd fear tactic used back in the day by our government. I like Jones. I think he has the general idea of what's going on, but sometimes he'll just say random crazy shit like "Arabs control Hollywood!". At the very least he is waking people up to question government incessantly which needs to happen everywhere around the globe, not just in the U.S.
Plus, its fun to listen to him rant and go nuts. I can't listen to him everyday though, as sometimes its the same topics everyday for awhile, kinda gets old.
As far as the ads plastering the sites, he just wants to expand and make more documentaries all the time. I dont think its about greed; He's a mad dog, his goal is get more people listening to his spiel and eventually eclipse the MSM

Its basically what you say, believers want disclosure so they can feel vindicated. They want to have that "I told you so" feeling, and that "see, Im not crazy" feeling. They want respect in front of their peers. I suspect that if they were vindicated by such a disclosure that they would soon find a new conspiracy to believe in. Such beliefs usually occur in clusters within the individuals, even if the beliefs are quite disparate. The common factor is the person.
imagine the possible theories that would manifest themselves, after a public ET disclosure. I mean depending on how and who and when they arrived I mean one could think all sorts of different things pertaining to awiens.
