 I just realized that I am really fucking feral

I just walked into my room and found what looked like a chocolate something on the floor and ate it without even thinking about it or even examining it the least, luckily it actually was chocolate - but I saw something on it as it went into my mouth which I now think could have been a small pine needle (got a large conifer outside that drops needles) which is now stuck in my throat..
After that I had a little inner reflection into my habits and realized that I am a really feral little basterd, I sat down and took a brief stock-list of my less-than-savory habits and thought I would share a few..
I make food in batches so I only have to cook once every fortnight, usually by day 10 the food starts getting really mankey (like hard to eat because it reeks so bad kinda mankey) but I eat it anyway as I am too much of a Jew to waste good food/money..
When cooking/making sammishes, if I drop something yummy on the lino floor by the kitchen bench I always pick it up and eat it - despite the fact the floor is covered in visible scum due to not being cleaned in over 6 months and getting the most foot traffic in the whole house (5 roommates).
I use the same dishes for months on end without washing them, I figure that when I use them I kinda clean most of the old food off and replace it with new food as I eat so the age and thus putridity level of the caked on food won't really get that bad. I also do this partly because (aside from my laziness) my other roommates horde dishes really bad and so there is never usually any in the cabinets..
I rarely shower (once every 1-2 weeks) as it takes precious time and I have a very mild and nice inoffensive smelling BO; in terms of BO that is (not just my own opinion). So I rarely shower, I have short hair so it stays clean naturally - but my crack gets all sweaty and nasty when I don't clean so I line my crack with some TP which acts as a sweat wick and keeps me nice and fresh. When I do shower however, I only use soap on me crack and dick - never on me armpits and I never use shampoo..
Right now I am wearing a t-shirt that fucking stinks of rot, when I did my bimonthly clothes wash I left this t-shirt in the corner [wet] after washing and when I found it weeks later it was rotting and smelt heavily of putrid mold - instead of washing it again and hanging it out I put it on to dry it out with my body heat and never really took it off. I've been wearing this stinking fucking thing (that keeps giving me second-winds of rot whenever I move) for about 2 weeks now, day and night - I literally have not taken it off once..
I do wash my hands after I shit though, I am not completely feral..
I am actually surprised how much I can get away with, I manage to be near-completely feral and still hang out with girls without them being visibly disgusted at my appearance/smell and also somehow not get sick once in over 12mo.

Lol so much hate, I'm not white-trash - I am actually a college student in case you were stereotyping.. Funny thing is I actually come from a really wealthy family..
Part of the reason I am like this is I took too many papers this semester and freak out if I can't do my study so I economize my time excessively - I really shouldn't be on here.. But I'll just call this my study break..
You guys are so prude, only in recent history have we become infatuated with so-called 'cleanliness'. I do this partly out of personal opinion, I guess you could call me a hippie...
@#4 Yeah I really gotta stop eating shit off the ground, I know that shit is nasty and probably gonna get me sick - I am just really compulsive and do shit without thinking it thru. I'm trying to start washing my dishes more, I washed my breakfast bowl this morning! It felt kinda good I must admit, I didn't use any detergent tho, just some hot water.. You are right tho, I don't get out much - I have turned into a real hermit since going to college, I only went out like 3 times last semester - I just can't bare to get behind in my studies.. Lol I never thought I would see the day, but I am officially now a nerd 
And @#6, well I hope you die a slow painful death by some auto-immune disease which is what you will likely get with your modern compulsive cleanliness disorder.. I don't actually wish you would die, because that is not a very nice thing to say.
I think today may usher a new era of marginally-increased cleanliness! Feels good to type about it mang

Being shroomery I'm more inclined to stereotype you as a well-off college student than white trash. You do realize that before modern times of laundry machines, people still kept clean? It's part of maintaining good health to keep yourself free from harmful fungus, bacteria, yeasts, etc. Putting toilet paper in your ass, wearing clothes you describe as rotting, and not washing anything but your penis and ass is horrid. There's no reason not to clean the rest of your body if you're bathing.
Don't think I'm a prude either - I bathe once every 3-7 days, don't change my clothes very often, will eat things that have fallen on the floor, and don't have any qualms about eating bugs or unusual food items. What you're doing sounds plain unhealthy. I don't buy your excuse that it's "civilization" that started a trend of being clean. It's fine to test limits on this kind of thing, but I think you're beyond testing the limits and into disgustingly lazy territory.

Well I may have a rich family, but I am still poor as fuck.. I have only ever had two handouts from my family, once was for $500 when I crashed my car to help buy a 'new' one (I worked for the last one, $1000 1994 Nissan btw).. I upgraded to a $1500 1992 Toyota..
The other when they straight up paid for the best lawyer in town when I got done for possession (I paid the fines in full tho).. But apart from that I get absolutely nothing except $100 on my birthday & Christmas. I am paying all my bills at college, no trust fund bs for me.. Which is fair enough I guess, it would be shit to be spoiled..
I am lazy, I admit that.. But I have reason, I was not like this when I was working, as I actually had time to do these things.. I showered everyday and never ate old food..
But you say that humans have always been clean, not true man.. Women used to wear salts to mask their pungent odor, spice was used to disguise rotting meat, the royals of England back before the days of plumbing used to bath once a week and that was seen as excessive - for commoners it was monthly or yearly..
I think I will try shower more, wash my dishes and clothes more and not eat food off the floor or excessively rotten food from the fridge, but fuck the other shit.. I refuse to soap me armpits and wash me hair..

First off, salt has antiseptic qualities. Having rotting meat because that's what you've got is different than having a choice of eating your meat before it spoils after you bought it from the store. Anyways, you're still talking post-civilization. Of course you can find disgusting habits in the past but you're assuming they led the same lifestyle as you and that European history is representative of the rest of the world too. Do you think Native American Indians would just jam leaves in their asses instead of washing up or avoid washing the rest of their body asides from penis and anus? There is a reason for the records of native uses of plants for hygiene. There's also a reason for the smells you sense coming from your clothes - funky microorganisms you shouldn't want on your body.

Yes I do, that or cotton - you are assuming all NA's lived near a large enough water source to wash in..
Besides, this t-shirt has stopped smelling - I think I can stretch this one out until December at least before it really needs a wash.

Oh man I absolutely loath anti-microbial products, shit like Protex.. It is so heathenly un-natural to be religiously sterilizing parts of you body like that, for one of my papers last semester we were breeding low-grade human bacterial pathogens like Staphylococcus aureus and various Streptococcus spp. on various agar types, then came the fun of doing some tests of various anti-septics and disinfectants effect on the growth of the bacteria (ZOI). I tried some Protex liquid soap on some of my filter-paper disks, the Protex did a good job at keeping the bacteria at bay (no lawn) - but some unidentified fungi contaminated the plates and was growing like crazy all over the Protex disks (the fungi was completely absent from all the other disks)..
I was actually exaggerating about the showers and toilet paper in the crack bit, I shower 1-2x a week - and this is the only time I have ever actually used TP in my crack. Seemed like a good idea at the time and it had brilliant results (I was quite surprised at its efficacy), the rest is true tho.. The t-shirt is a one-off kinda thing, I am still wearing it but I will be doing a load of washing in the next couple weeks - I will take it off then.
I am actually starting to wonder if my current lifestyle is actually an incarnation of my deep-seated love for microbes? I used to eat dirt as a child and even as a teen (I stopped around 16-17 I think), it wasn't some weird automatic compulsion but a very deliberate and conscious act for bettering my health. I knew how essential microbes were to our existence even at a young age and actively participated in the acts of unspoken wisdom privy to sadly only those in the 'lower' animal kingdom these days - things that sadly most 'modern' people seem terrified to even think about..
Just gotta make sure you get good dirt though, it has to be good dirt or you are just wasting your time and potentially setting yourself up for trouble. I always ate dirt that I got from unspoiled native forest, it wasn't likely to have any 'un-natural' chemicals and it had a balanced microbial ecosystem. Its fucking hard to eat tho, it really does taste like dirt [funny that] - and most importantly do not chew it; the texture/sound is almost unbearable.
Fuck, I never really appreciated how much of a hippie I am until now, most people are so shocked when they learn how much of a hippie I am (I'm a Trad Skinhead) - even I still have the ability to surprise myself..
I'm really glad I made this thread, you all have been great catalysts for my new gains in personal insight!

That's partly why I rarely eat meat (borderline vegetarian I guess), and I can't ever imagine myself owning or touching a lizard or bird..
I do wash my hands, but with good ol' fashioned soap.. I just think it is a bad idea to be washing our hands with these absurd chemicals, I have no problem cleaning the obvious grime off - but when you start sterilizing your hands indiscriminately is that not a cause for concern? Especially when said chemicals will no doubt enter your digestive system with unknown consequences?

This is false, humans having been regularly bathing for thousands of years. Ancient semitic cultures followed strict dogma in regards to bathing, and cleaning. The Hellenistic cultures (Greeks, Romans) had public baths that were used daily by ALL of the citizenry. Even the Aztec and Mayan cultures had public baths.
The only time in human history when this was not the case was during the dark ages. Even then, only European civilization was effected in such a way that regular hygiene customs changed.
You're not a hippie, you're just gross.
