It was my car and there wasn't anything on my body, it was all in the car. I didn't tell the pigs anything though so I reckon I do have that going for me...
And I'm sure I can piss clean come tuesday. I really don't use anything that often, I haven't even smoked weed but maybe twice in the last few weeks. So that might help. I KNOW the snitch will piss dirty. I'll prob try and put it all off on him.

Sounds like you're setting yourself up for a shitty situation, I'd just bite the bullet on this one - trying to shift blames and shit is only going to make your friend resort to dirtier tactics than he already has.

My friend got a constructive possession of marijuana charge after his roommates friend left a small bag of weed on his living room table. Cops raided his house because another roommate sold some bud to an undercover officer over a year before that... Bag of weed on the table, everyone in the house got charged.

It's called guilty by association. I don't know about Tennessee, but in California they have a thing called disclosure, which is the right a defendant has to know what the prosecution has, evidence wise, against him/her. So this means, in order for "your friend's" snitching to be admissible as evidence, they will inform the dealer (or his lawyer) once the raid has been made, and the dealer goes to court, the time and date when the whole incident went down. Its "your friend's" hook-up so he knows "your friend's" name and will probably remember the incident he sold you your fucking junkie fuel. Now, you didn't say shit it was "your friend", but it was your car and you were arrested, so a police report has your name on it. So thanks to disclosure, he (the dealer) now has a name to go along with a face he's seen (did you even wait in the car?). So don't say shit. Go to jail. You don't think this guy's got homies in la pinta? He's not going to give a fuck that "your friend" snitched and not you. Fool, you are just as dead. Run, muthafucka, run.

I don't blame you. I don't agree with it, and it happened to me. I didn't know the guy I was with was such a pussy faggot or else I wouldn't have even dealt with him. And I should have been more careful and smarter about it all but I wasn't. Can't change the past though....

Its not like you know what they're going to do till it happens... people can hate on narcs all they want but faced with 5+ years of jail vs probation I bet a lot of people are going to surprise themselves with the decision they make.

Every once and a while you find people who go to jail rather than snitch, but the majority blab.

Very true. Actually a good friend of mine (well he used to be) snitched on his dealer.
The cops were watching the dealers house as my mate just got on and followed him to a park where he was going to do a sell and got him with 38 grams. Not so bad, but enough for him to shit himself and apparently rat on the dealer (who is a good bloke and also a friend of mine).
Well mate gets taken in and obviously snitches because he is out within a couple hours and immediately messages his dealer than he's gonna get raided.
He did, but he had his gear in one the bottom of one of those suit drycleaning sleeves and the cops didn't find shit! Too lucky for my mate.
What happened to my mate the snitch? NOTHING. We only found out he snitched from the dealer a little while later. I was already suspicious though as he had gotten off with nothing but a good behavior bond. He didn't get beat up, killed, robbed, anything.
In Australia criminals are a lot softer than over in America though. I still feel angry towards my snitch friend and I don't trust him for shit, although all my mates seem to have forgiven not give a fuck. It opened my eyes that I should never fucking deal any drugs at all, to anyone.

During the course of that DEA show hundreds of laws are broken on screen by the agents but they say so themselves when people confront them about rights and procedure "DO YOU THINK WE HAVE ANY RULES? WE'RE THE DEA WE CAN DO WHATEVER WE WANT"

These were local MPD. They were working for Operation Blue C.R.U.S.H., a Memphis drug task force. They even pointed out their trailers hidden behind a church after they had us sitting handcuffed on the sidewalk.
