I think I was aware since my self-awareness. I went to a neighbor lady's house to be babysat before I was old enough to go to school, and remember playing "some me yours and I'll show you mine" with the little girls she also watched even then.
Goes back to an old saying amongst my people, "If in the spring your mind turns to the opposite sex, you've wasted the winter"

By 'sexually aware' I mean the first time you felt physically attracted to someone or felt that special feeling between your legs for no apparent reason
For example I remember when I was 4 my babysitter noticed my little boner and said, "If you don't play with it that won't happen." I had no idea what she was talking about and I didn't even notice my hard on. I wouldn't consider that sexuality because I had no sexual feelings.

Very early.
I remember playing "doctor" with numerous people in kindergarten through grade 4, maybe even in preschool.
I remember looking at Bra ad's with my friends in the news paper, behind a cement wall at school in grade 2.
First time i ejaculated was to internet pornography and i was probably 9-10 years old.
