Do you eat breakfast?

I imagine those that wake 'n' bake do so unavoidably, , but what of the rest of you? I don't think I've eaten an actual breakfast (particularly before work/school) in years now.. am I committing an injustice to myself and my day by not fueling up properly?

I went to a breakfast buffet yesterday and, shortly thereafter, back to bed.

When I'm on a normal schedule I do, when I wake up at like noon, I don't know what to consider breakfast.

Usually a piece of fruit and coffee, also lots of milk straight from the cow.
or some banana's mostly. I hate cereals and I don't want to eat bread in the morning either.
Now that you say it imma go to the store later on the day, fridge is getting empty.
Anybody have any suggestions for a good breakfast ?

Yeah, I was getting ready to say. I'll just say I usually eat a little something after I've been asleep for about 8 hours or so.

Well apples has a lot of fructose that really gives you a lot of energy and a metabolism boost in the morning, the spirulina gives you all the essential amino acid complex and some longer lasting energy, the pineapple for flavor, blueberries are just awesome and good for you (apparently eating a serving of them a day increases you r lifespan by 5-10 years) and spinach, you get a great source of vitamin E and iron.
If you have asthma, or if you'd like, put local honey and strawberries to support your respiratory health and aid against allergens.
smoothies are the best breastfast ever. hands down. tasty, easy, good for you. I sometimes sneak ethanol in mine,

I drink a cup or two of coffee. Sometimes I'll be able to down some fruit or something. My body just isn't hungry in the morning anymore.

I can 't eat breakfast. for about three hours after I wake up, any solid food makes me feel like just puking it back up. Liquids are fine, even 'heavy' liquids such as orange juice, or coffee. I usually HAVE to eat right before bed or I can't sleep. It doesn't have to be much, just a bite or two'll do me.
I don't think your missing anything. I think it's much more important to listen to your body than to listen to some weird 'scientific' because <sarcasm>we all know everyone is exactly the same right? No one's metabolism is any different from anyone else's right?</sarcasm>
Sorry if that is difficult to read, kinda messed up on migraine pills right now. It makes sense to me...

It makes total sense, just listen to your body, et voila each person is an individual with a diffirent metabolism.
If I could i'd go for english breakfast in the morning or pasta, something really heavy where I can tear on for a long time.

I understood.
The thing, for me, about eating before bed is that in doing so I am keeping my gastrointestinal system very busy. I wonder if there is an impact on sleep quality, since the brain is involved in more processing when it should be quieting down.
(To throw a wrench into my own words, I think I've read articles about brain activity increasing during sleep versus waking hours, so.. yeah )
