First off...I don't understand much of your post. Clarify please?
If girls who like drugs do like to get down, it's probably because anyone who's chosen to be a drug lover enjoys the shit out of any activity that brings the massive euphoria sex, drugs, etc. can bring.
Honestly I wonder why more people AREN'T drug-abusing freaks.

Being a freak doesn't exactly mean being skillful. For example, I'm pretty skillful in the sack but not a freak unless I'm in the mood. With a freak, skill doesn't matter because they're so in to it neither partner gives a fuck about skill.
