 HELP I messed up my Uncles bureau with lye making dmt, Need advice on how to cover this up  1

I was doing covert dmt extraction. Some lye in water PH 12 got on the towel i was doing it on to protect the bureau in the first place. When I lifted up the towel after I was done, the wet towell pulled up the varnish.
This is my Uncles S&M dungeon room, he visits it when I'm not home. But I'll have to leave eventually. I'm gonna have to explain myself somehow.
Is there any way to make this look normal without refinishing the whole fuckin thing?
I already tried a wood stain on it. It made it look worse.

PS he could come home any time, so I'm in a hurry.
My gurlfrand said to use a brown sharpy cause thats what she did once when this happened to her ((?))
Any better ideas would be appreciated.

damn dude.... do you do anything with super glue? like build little models of things? say you accidentally super glued something to it and not thinking used paint thinner to get it off or something and effed it up and it was a huge mistake. say sorry about 20 times and call yourself a dumbass a few times for good measure. make sure you offer to refinish it.
edit- you dont want him to know AT ALL..... youre fucked

I covered it in a scratch and pollish rub that made it better, and then put chocolate and white flour into it, rubbed it in. Its still not quite right though. but its an improvement. Still needs a cure though

I've been restoring antique furniture for years. You're screwed Dood. I'm sorry to be the one to tell you. Stop with the applications of thing and try rubbing what ever is closest in color in. Does it have a shine to the finish? If so try some spray on semi gloss clear coat. Hold it about and 12 inches away when you spray. It looks pretty rough anyway. Maybe knock down a bottle of open lube and play dumb?

Its not shiny at all, infact it looks covered in flour and dirt. I found my first legal use for mimosa hostilis though. I rubbed the powder in and its got a deeper cherry color than before.
I'm working so he wont know at all, otherwise its gonna be some sad lie I've gotta think of.

This thread is pretty strange. First, its like "Hey guys, I made some DMT but I spilt some lye on this wooden table. Can you help me out?" then its "Oh yeah, and its my Uncles S&M dungeon where he goes ape-shit on random pain-sluts. He will be real mad when he finds out..." or something like that.
First I thought hayguyman said "D&D" like Dungeons and Dragons, the role-play board game. That would make sense, because you play D&D on a table, and thats a pretty nice table, and he would notice next time he played D&D.
Anyway, the table looks pretty good now. You could say you and your girlfriend where getting into ice cube foreplay, and you had a big, glass square bowl filled with ice cubes. Then you and your lady got hot and heavy, stopped using the ice cubes on the nipples, forgot about the bowl of ice, it melted and made that spot. Reason: Water-damage. Think he will buy it?
I think I would.
