That was not my goal, I just meditate every night, before sleep.
I really do not have goal when meditating, just focusing on breath.

After the experience I did not believe it actually, thought it's in my head still. Because I had plenty of delusions and paranoia earlier.
I really did not know what to think about it. It is my second alike experience.

Why have you started meditating? In other words do you have a goal? Be as in detail as you feel necessary.

And where did you pick up the practice of meditating? Also is there any reason why you chose just at night before bed. There are + and - here and one or the other may suit you better.

I started meditating because of my 'bad trip'. I guess I was too bound
with ego. So I started meditating to recover, to get out of the 'madness'. I really want to do well at school too. But when I meditate,
I try to drop everything that is going in my head, I force to focus
mind on one thought. Soon after 'getting out of head' things just go the way do.
I meditate on my bed and before sleep is because I don't have
time and possibilities to do this durning day.

Where have you learned your breathing techniques from?? You may be getting in a little over your head with this kind of practice, especially if you are recovering from some powerful experiences. Take things slowly and remember that your whole life is ahead of you to practice!

Also meditating during the day say maybe wake up an hour earlier in the morning can help to remove a lot of the "noise" or random thoughts that may build up  over the course of your day, which helps make meditation a little less chaotic. Starting your day with a light breathing exercise say 10 to 15min helps brighten your day too! Your ready for anything after that!

Yea, teaching this kind of thing brings you into all kinds of odd circles of people... I started really young, and another name for Qi Gung is Immortality Practice. Because Tai Qi and Qi Gung are meant to prolong your life I have taught groups of elderly friends at the very end of their lifes (late 80's) and old people can say some funny shit!! Especially when they think they might not live to see tomorrow.
