I do have an issue with the above, so I guess that makes me biased? I have a problem with almost anything that further gives power to LEO and the government.

They are not even close to the same thing. Come again, but this time with something intelligent. Police still can't check anyones ID outside the laws that exsisted before.

This isn't about brown people.
It's about illegals
I'm not really racist. How many times have you met Caucasian illegal immigrants? I've never met one. All the foreign Caucasian people I've met in the US were working and living or studying here legally.
On the other hand, I've run into hundreds and hundreds of brown skinned, non-English speaking, central American illegals, and a handful of illegal southeast Asian immigrants.
It's not racism, it comes down to numbers and statistics.
