1. Thinking that masturbation is immoral is only going to lead to unnecessary guilt if and when you do masturbate.
2. That said, any reason to abstain from masturbation should be entirely personal. Whether you feel like it consumes up too much of your time, whether you feel you have more energy when you don't, or any other reason, the decision should be between you, your chosen deity (for you atheists out there, fuck that last suggestion), and any partner you have.

I personally believe masturbation is neither positive or negative, but can be used positively and negatively, and can have positive and negative effects on your life.
Right now, I don't have a boyfriend (well, not that I've ever had a boyfriend), so when I feel the need to let loose and enjoy my body, I'm not ashamed to do so. Just last week I went five days without it, and then have been doing it all weekend. No guilt.

Get some of these hand strengtheners Heavy Grips
They're awesome... They even come in 100 lb, 150 lb, 200 lb, all the way up to 350 lb.... They mention that there are probably 5 body builders in the entire world that can actually do a few reps with the 350 lb ones...

It's a matter of directing attention. I will admit, after that first blown load in 6th grade, it's pretty hard to prevent from doing it again (especially in this society). Do things. Do thangs. Create, work, interact, whatever you can do to make an impression on yourself and incite love. Whenever you stray away from anything to which your mind is truly reverent, you subside to let carnal instincts take over. And these pleasures are strictly temporary, leading you to want more and eventually become dependent.
My point is not to try and eliminate it all in one breath (would be good), but rather dilute the temptations and concentrate your aspirations.

one thing about it for me is that smoking dmt helped me learn how to masterbate in a way that gave me actual sexual pleasure. i'm a girl so for me personally it's never been that great. so on dmt, as you can imagine, especially for a first real time, it was extremely spiritual.

I do it mainly to fall asleep. But not every night, if I'm tired enough I'll just pass out. Never during the day. Never more than maybe 4-5 times a week.
