Well that would be considered both racist AND true. Racist if one likes to discount those things known as facts. I suppose it would ultimately come down to the definition of the word typical. If one were to infer that it meant the majority, then yes it is true.

So, by your own admission it is acceptable to assume a white police officer is a racist, simply due to the fact he is white. But if one assumes the same concerning a negro, they are automatically racist?

All I'm saying there is that, since there is a good deal of history of police officers abusing their power over blacks, it's not entirely unreasonable to assume that this is what's going on in this particular case.
