Right now, I have much more empathy than normal and I've subjected myself to a viewing of theync--late at night viewing, at that. Do you know how intense things can get at this level of participation?
Freaking out doesn't happen here, you have a deeper, more cognitive reaction to all of this. Emotions, and all the depressing thoughts that come with them will occur. None of this is primal, it's all psychedelic. For experienced trippers only.
Try it if you think you can handle it. I feel spiritually enriched and humbled by watching all of this and putting myself into the shoes of these less-than-fortunate individuals. It makes me really think about mortality and morality.

Yes, I have. For no reason, just pure chance. Wrong place, wrong time.
In my present state, I feel so strongly confronted with this realistic possibility of a cruel, meaningless end at the hands of others. Or disfigurement and disability (maybe permanent) for absolutely no reason, completely destroying my life for no reason. By other human beings, strangers, who just decide to hurt an innocent person one day for no reason or maybe for some despicable reason--a gang initiation maybe.
All this does make me feel more aware, more open in the emotional spectrum of this trip, this existence.
Of course, I'm a little bit mystical and grandiose right now: I am tripping, after all.

I watched one fucked up video on here I wished I never clicked. It was two fuck head wt a screwdriver and hammer slowly killing someone on camera. This guy was like choaking on his blood, while they were stabbing him all over and gutting his eyeball out.

it's funny, the multidimensional spectrum of attitudes a person can have on life
some see only one end of the spectrum or another -- they focus excessively on the bad or the good, their thinking always out of line with reality
or they do manage to take on board the extremes of human possibility, and even then there's a spectrum of repsonse
in your case, wonder, but in other cases, paralytic confusion at the seemingly irreconcilable difference
it's a weird world, and honestly, a lot of the time i feel like insects understand it a lot better than i do

I wouldn't be surprised if they do. Maybe there's absolutely nothing to understand and we're supposed to just experience this as it is and all our postulating about good and evil have no value whatsoever. All value exists only in our mind, not in the universe.
We've built up the concept of unfairness and the value of our own lives (above all others) as important and emotional when the reality is that humanity's existence and fate is an utterly irrelevant and unemotional event in the context of the universe.

hard to believe that humanity's existence is an "unemotional event" when emotion is clearly a function of our existence
if you look back over history, it's blatantly obvious that things trend from simpler to more convoluted, and i don't see any reason that this trend would abruptly reverse
but where it's going or why, i haven't a fucking clue

I use to go on that site a lot for some odd reason I found it morbid to the extreme yet I still used to watch them late at night and there are videos on that site that you can never un-watch, The video of a seven year old kid being doused in gasoline and set alight by five grown men killed any compassion, hope, faith in mankind that I ever had and made me feel sick to my stomache.
