 What to do about a fellow shroomerite fucking you over???

Not going to say much, but what would you do if a fellow shroomerite fucked you over for money. A trade was made OFFLINE, money exchanged, but no goods were ever sent.
Not only did they fuck me, they didn't even try to pretend they didn't fuck me. They just plain wont respond, pickup the phone or anything?? I half expected to hear the old " i sent it already, you haven't got it yet??" Im not saying but im not the only one that person took advantage of.
Its all he said, she said, but what i want is for said shroomerite to never be welcome here again. I have a feeling he will sign up another account and try to just keep on like nothing happened.
Legally, i cant do anything, but as far as banning this person from here forever, what can i do???
Personally, i want my money or goods, but to know they are never EVER welcome here again would please me also. I think in time they will truly regret their actions, and beg to be part of this wonderful community again.
I love this place and i look forward to being here for many years. I just wont stand to see them enjoy our site for another moment. I feel they will do this again.
Mods, if you know of anything i can do, please let me know.
If anyone has had any issues lately, please respond here and we can discuss it OFFSITE.

Was this person from the Tampa Florida area??
I had the same situation once, one of the mods or admins helped me out here but i also assume he just signed up as another name.
I did see him once after the ripoff, but he was up close to the stage at a show, and i was really stoned & my friends also thought that punching him out right up there would become a major hassel.
But yeah, let us all know who he is.

I am in the same boat as the OP. This user ripped me off too... hasn't logged on since March 22 and has not posted since March 15th. They were the type of user to post literally everyday and went silent IMMEDIATELY after the trade.
