I personally believe the only thing really worth money anymore is a service. Sex is one of the most primal human needs and anyone offering it for money is providing a service.
Not everyone is as tame as me out there though and doesn't see it in the same respects. I would definitely go the paysite route before delving into a real prostitution endeavor.
