What will happen if he didn't do anything illegal is he will be released, and the government will keep his money. That's they way the laws are set up, clear constitutional violation when it comes to drug. he will have to 'prove' he did nothing wrong to get his money back.

i wasn't around when the DEA/FDA were banning designer drugs, but to me i see some general similarities to the present situation.

I don't know how they work in Kansas but.. When my charges(intent) got thrown out in Ohio the day after I got arrested I had to call the Pig Pen 3 times... but the 3rd time I finally got my 460$ Wasn't going to stop until I got my dough that's all I know.
