Wow, that's a nice and clean setup!
One comment: If Image three shows your spawn jars, you may want to store them outside of the fruiting space. After a while you will have contams on the surface of your straw blocks, sometimes mites plus heavy spore loads from the fruiting mushrooms. I wouldn't want to stress my luck that much.
Carsten
PS: Please keep on posting images of Pleurotus cornucopiae. I've only seen the yellow ones in culture.

Great pics and a clean looking set up! Can I ask what fans you are using in the humidifier box ?

Thanks, they are just what I was looking for. Can't seem to find a proper spec for these on the web though, could you tell me what the transformer output is please - would like to run them and the ultrasonic off the same transformer that is controlled by the humidistat.

Very nice clean setup!
It is a bit warm, ideally you want those temps way down, 12-18°C works well for me. If you can lower the temps you will see the mushrooms will be a lot more meaty and not as leggy. Probably don't need to go as low for the pinks...

Hi all,
Yeah the Temp you see above is the sensor outside and these sensor is a little bit crazy. The real Temp you see before the humidity and they told it is 20.3 °C and that is a good temp I tink.

Great setup, did you paint the shelves with anything to handle the moisture?
How does the humidity box work? Looks like you run it without a lid, what are the fans for, just to help air movement?
Great work!

Hi Culland,
I use plastified wood because the high humidity.
The Humidifier works very simple It's a big plastic box with enough water inside and two terrarium fans for moving the humidity what is made by a fogger. Inside this plastic box is a terrarium fogger who makes a very nice mist and the fans blow this around. These humidifier are inside the grow tent that's the reason a lid is not necessary.

Hey, that's cool. Last night I was thinking about it, wondering how it would turn out. It seems they could have more light and fresh air, but still there seem to be big differences to its yellow cousin.
Thank you for showing!!!

In case this question is directed to me, I have no idea what you mean.
Carsten
Edit: Perhaps this answers your question... My aim was to see Pleurotus cornucopiae in culture and to find out how much it would differ from Pleurotus cornucopiae var. citrinopileatus, the golden Oyster.
After checking images of wild P. cornucopiae, which look a lot more like golden oysters, I wonder if these here are identified correctly. If I am correct, the primordia should not differentiate that early into single mushrooms. There should be some kind of stem with smaller mushrooms branching off, having rounder caps and each stem more in the center.
These ones look like my strain of Hypsizygus ulmaris growing in high CO2 levels.
