It's worth the hassle as long as you want to make sure that these assholes can't victimize more people. Otherwise, it's probably not.

Cops and banks tend to not investigate stolen cards unless they are more than $500 or 1000 in transactions.

If they work there why would they even need to take money out of your account to pay for their food? If it was the manager like you said, she could just take a double bacon cheese from the store without adding to the mayhem and shitting where she works. It could be a coincidence. Maybe you ate there yesterday and forgot. Or maybe they sold your card info to someone they know, that then came back and paid for their food there. I dunno, but right now all you have is some suspicions based on tone and politeness. I don't think it would be worth the trouble to spend more money on gas getting surveillance tapes, but if it bothers you this much there's not much else you can do besides that or drop it, and go to burger king from now on.
Firstly, I doubt you read the entire original post. You probably saw the word "nigger or nigs" and since you're clearly sensitive to that word, you decided to skim through the rest of it. Never said there were two girls working there, the manager was an older women, NOT A GIRL. Secondly, if someone is being SUSPICIOUSLY POLITE, for no reason. Especially when they haven't done anything wrong, you can tell, they are bullshitting.
It makes perfect sense, if you've ever worked in any Corporate or Chain type store before, you would know for the most part - these companies charge you and nothing is for free (unless it's extra). You may get one meal for free, or something along the lines of 50% off - but you still have to pay. However, when you make a 40-something dollar order, you are going to have to pay. That is how much the order was, from the same McDonalds. Why would I place a 40 something dollar order when I know I have only .02 left in the account... better yet why would I make this thread if it was me, and I simply "forgot." I'm not saying the person isn't retarded or it doesn't make sense for them to steal the card info, clone the card, and then use it at the place they got it from (or work at). However, you have to think about the mindset of this person, to even pull or be doing such a thing (cc theft). If you're getting careless about who you're stealing from, eventually, you're going to do things such as this. Even if they sold it to another person, and it wasn't actually them, that still makes the people who stole it in the first place guilty - case in point.
If you read the entire thing, you would be able to tell it has nothing to do with tone and "politeness" it's based on the obvious facts - but this still includes the general vibe. For someone to chalk it up as a coincidence is just ignorant. This has nothing to do with racism, just because I used the word "nigger" doesn't mean I'm racist. If you got your asshole kicked by some Italian, what are you going to say, "I got my ass kicked by some Italian-American guy the other day!" No, you're going to say, "Some stupid guido greaseball fucking WOP jumped me the other day..."
Playing Devil's Advocate gets you no where in life. Sure, I could have just been stoned, and it all could just be mere coincidence, but the evidence shows itself from the back story alone - I also think you're underestimating my intelligence because of my choice of words. I can sit here and give you a million more reasons why, but I think you've already came to your conclusion.

I feel the same exact way, I mean, I've never even heard of this being done before (at least in such a manner). They have to be Scam Artists, I've came across a bunch of them since I've been here, but never experienced it to a level like this before. Going to a McDonalds just to get some food and drink, and in the process, having my Card stolen.

That's another thing, I'm not sure if they'll even consider looking into it because to them it's a "petty crime."

Actually I did read the whole thing, as I found it interesting. I forgot that the first person was a male. The second person (the woman) was mentioned the most "then she turns to me", "the woman was being OVERLY-POLITE". Sorry if I used the term "girl" instead of woman, but actually I can call anyone anything I want out of sheer frustration.

Really? because it looks like your use of caps really emphasizes that she was being polite.

No, it's not just because you said "nigger"

BiG_StroOnZ said: Also, you know what the first transaction is on the Card. $70 from the Liquor Store - figures...
Obviously your card was stolen. I'm not saying it wasn't or that the whole thing is a coincidence. I was just saying that your card being used at the same McDonalds doesn't prove it was the people you talked to at the drive through. Based on the story you told, yeah I think they are suspect, but you have nothing that would hold up in court until you get your hands on something more concrete. I'm not playing devils advocate. I'm just examining your story the way a jury would. Your talking about suing mcdonalds. Guess what. They have good lawyers. My point is you better be prepared with hard evidence if you go spending money on a lawyer to take this thing any further.
All that being said. I can tell your frustrated. That's understandable under your circumstances.
