The night sky in general is fantastic on nice multiple dose LSD trip.....or even sober for that matter.
About 5 or maybe 6 years ago I was out at the end of a dock in the middle of paynes prairie here in Florida try to have a nice cheesy romantic night with my girlfriend, and as I was looking out at the sky over her shoulder, I saw the brightest fucking meteorite I've ever heard of shoot across the sky and appear to dart off at a 45 degree angle as it exploded into smaller pieces in the atmosphere. I kid you not it lit up the everything for about 2 seconds as though the sun had come up, but it was a different color light....blew my mind  I hope I get to see one like that again some day.
Amateur astronomy is the coolest hobby ever, and it makes chicks think your deep or some such silly shit
^^^kind of like this, but these aren't nearly as cool.

On another note, I find it encouraging that our little corner of cyberspace is already discussing and making observations about interesting news way before the rest of the world even experiences a puzzled look from a news feed. Who says drug users aren't proactive? We went from "what?", to DMT aliens, to commenting on the awesomeness of scientific phenomena before other citizens finish their morning coffee.

I like the alien theory best, it's just more exciting. I think I'll stick with that one until the amusement wears off.

It is obviously a missile accident, that is jettisoned fuel that sunlight is reflecting off of.
