The specific ods version don't work with neoOffice, but the old excel one does… :tongue:

Just wanted to bump ye old calculator thread because I just noticed that the latest version hit 100 downloads!

I've used it with great success lately, just be careful with your coir expansion, it can throw off your volume calcs depending on what your "brick" is like and how much actual volume it takes up after hydration and expansion.

Funny you should say that, I had to substitute straw in for the coffee slot a few weeks ago. :smile:

Straw is almost as hard to nail down volume as coir is!

yeah, if there is ever a need for version 3, I'll expand the ingredient list, but for now its pretty easy to make small changes like that.

Guys id hate to be a pest, but my excel wont work because its expired, would anyone be kind enough to figure this out for me?

How many qts of spawn(rye) will i need for 2lbs of dried poo?

And once all that is mixed, how big of a container will i need to make the substrate depth 3"? (dimensions of container, going to do a monotub)

If anyone encounters this phenomenon it is sometimes caused by the cells widths being too small for the data or text which can be from large fonts.

If this happens, you can usually double click on the right edge of the column header and it will auto-size to match the width of your largest cell content.
