I hit the nerve on the side of my femur and yes it was very painful. I have trouble finding good spots and I usually have to stick it in a few times to find a nice spot that isn't so painful LOL but IMing is so much better than nasal so its still very worth it. She said it didn't hurt her boobs at all too.

have you given the deltoid a proper chance?
it's also a pretty large spot and is very effective for me
the only pain i get from injecting K is the day after
i agree though, occasionally ill get a spot that hurts and ill have to find a new one
this only happens about 1/10th of the time, though, ive pretty much figured out exactly where to inject
custard, im telling you though, the deltoid
and yeah, snorting K can be very very strong but compared to IM it's almost a joke.
IV is ultimately the best.... for the first minute or two it feels almost exactly like a REALLLLY strong nitrous oxide rush, and then you get immediately slammed into an intense k-hole
i just prefer not to fuck around with my veins, really
