Im a noob and I dont want to get ripped off. Ive bought single doses before; but how much should I expect to pay for a gram without overpaying?

It is hard to tell... it is pure?
Or Cut with fillers?
One pill in the big city goes for 15 - 25 bucks, depending on who you know.
Besides, getting ripped off it relative... if it is the only mdma available, then the price is what ever you are willing to pay for it.
If you have other credible sources, then go with the reliable hook-up.
I would buy one tab / gram... test it and if it a good, pure, then then pay as much as you are willing to spend for a few hours of euphoria.

1 gram = 10 hits of pure uncut.
Is 100 acceptable to pay for 10 decent doses?
I usually get 100 mg for 20.
So Im getting half priced on the G.
but again; I am an mdma noob.

1000 mg is 1 g so if you look at it that you pay 20 for 100mg then it would cost 200 so this guy must be cuttin you a deal

I would gladly pay $5000 for a gram of MDMA if that's how much it costs, but thankfully it does not. Basically what I'm saying is that MDMA is a priceless experience. Some of the best times of my life were on MDMA.

100 bucks a gram isn't a great price, but neither is it a terrible one.
Also, a gram of mdma usually lasts you alot longer than a gram of anything else.
Split it between 2 people and have a great night with no horrible crash the next day. Molly is the bomb.

I would HAPPILY pay $100 a gram for pure/mostly pure MDMA crystals. It may not be a great price, but I'd say its far from being a bad price. And I have to agree with some of the other posters that MDMA has been included in some o the best nights of my life.

Depends on your location. In California anything over $80 for 1 gram is too much. People usually buy more than a gram at a time. A ball usually goes for $175.

Someone I know traded 6 grams of dried cubes for 1 gram of molly. The person who received the shrooms said he paid $40/g for the molly, which, apparently, is extremely cheap in this part of the world.
Personally I don't have any molly and would love some so I'd pay quite a bit for it. (No, this isn't a solicitation - I can find my own things.) 
Edit: BTW The person who got the molly reagent tested it and they said it turned very dark purple immediately and started to bubble. Quite pure.

If it was the marquis reagent test and it started bubbling then it was DXM.

Whatever test was bubbling and it was very deep purple straight away - was quite pure.
