Wake me up when its over, sounds like a real snooze fest. A bunch of wannabe psychedelic "high priests" to set themselves up as the anointed ones to administer the "sacrament" to the unlearned masses.
I hope if anyone goes they wear a disguise, don't use real names, and pay cash only.

Actually, a lot of this year's speakers are legitimate scientists doing important research into how psychedelic substances can help people with severe medical problems. They are very brave to do so because they risk being ostracized by the wider scientific community.
If anything last year's conference had way more "guru" type shit. This conference is worthy of our support, unless you do not believe that some psychedelics are medically useful and do not want any research into this possibility to take place.

Actually, I shouldn't have erased my post cause it wasn't even anything disrespectful at all nor did it break any rules whatsoever. I simply didn't realize it wasn't just an OTD sticky. All I said was that a psychedelic conference is a dumb idea, which I still believe it is.
