You know I think ratings are stupid and I don't have much patience for people who cry about them. But driving off positive, contributing members of the community as a form of entertainment is - to put it nicely - getting a bit old. Giving bad ratings where bad ratings are due is perfectly acceptable

People with 5/5's having the 5/5 removed (though now I guess since it rounds up it's not as bad) due to a 0/5 usually for no reason.
I got rate raped for something not due for, not that I cared. I didn't even give them a 0/5 back or complain.

This reply is directed at those who are crying about being ""ratings raped"". I don't understand the issue here. If somebody notices a user acting like an idiot and points it out to his friends and suggests that they rate the idiot down what exactly is the problem? That is not rating without reason. There is always a reason for the negative ratings. That is what you people fail to understand. Just because your opinion of yourself differs from that of those who gave you the negative ratings does not mean that they rated you without reason. You people have ego's the size of a Baltimore Ravens linebacker. Grow the fuck up and realize that not everybody is going to like you.
