What's your Xbox 360 GamerScore?

Mine is 10940 right now.
It'll probably be up to 11000 by the end up the day cause I don't have much to do other than :bongload:

think mine is only something like 5000 dont like to play offline, COD online FTW. but xbox live ran out now :thumbdown:

funny enough on cod 5 i havent even started the campaign because my tv dosnt like pal 60 so i just play online.

I play alot of games... but I'm not a completionist lunatic like some of those guys! I don't boost or cheat either, I just play a ton of games and gobble up those achievements. It makes me feel good to hear the bloop-bloop noise. :smile:

That gamerscore also easily represents several pounds of good weed. :smirk:

I think I've only completed all the achievements on 1 game, and that was the first Need for Speed that came out for the 360. There were only 10 achievement in the game, 1 for ever stage of the game, so just by completing the game you have all the achievements.

I kinda stalled out after 50,000... curently 53,700. I was going through GameFly games like crazy, but now I'm spending way more time watching Instant Netflix!

I'm close to 6000 but I have an old gamertag with 3000 in different games. I don't play online and I eat up large epic RPGs so getting the gamerscore takes a while for me.

gamerscores are lame as fuck. trophies are a much more well thought out and relevant system of merit.

Achievements and Trophies are basically the same thing.

I'm pretty sure they have the same objectives for both the 360 and PS3. It's just a different name for it.

nah way different setup. achievements reflect more how long you've been playing rather than what you've actually done. the gamerscore is fairly biased compared to trophies, which are more accurately based on accomplishments.
plus if you just got a 360 now, you would never be able to catch up to someone who's had it for even a year or two. ps3, trophies are much more balanced.

How is it way different?

I'm not too familiar with PS3's trophy system but I think the only difference is that there is a point value for achievements but with the trophies you just get a trophy. No point value. Is that right?

But for what you have to do to unlock your achievement/trophy, it is the exact same thing for the 360 and the PS3. It's just a different name for it.

there is a point value with levels.
but achievements are based on time, so basically if you've been playing for years, you'll be up there. trophies are based more on a curve, so its easy to start out and get a few levels, but the higher you get the tougher it gets.

they're both the same thing basically, but having a high score on 360 doesn't really denote any merit in playing games, just time.

What your saying really doesn't make sense...

If having a high gamerscore on the 360 just shows you've had a 360 for a long time, then wouldn't having a bunch of trophies just show that you've had a PS3 for a long time.

You have to do the same thing to unlock the achievement that you would have to do to unlock the trophie. So the number of achievements unlocked is = to the number of trophies unlocked. They are the same thing, just different name.

Halo 3 > Blu Ray

The one thing I do like about PS3 is that the online is free, unlike xbox.

The built in wireless internet is nice too.

yes but i think xbox live is far superior to PSN. the main reason my xbox gets used more than my ps3 is because of xbox live. but my ps3 comes in handy for movies, not just blu ray it also plays avi, which my xbox does not. which just makes it easier to download movies without having to convert them to dvd. talking of which does anyone know any free conversion programs?

I'm at an odd number because I just got a 42 point acheivement in the new Halo Reach Maps, "you ate all the chips" collect all flags in matchmade stockpile game.

48/56 achievements for Halo Reach for 972 points.

My score was 9,000 something before my 360 kicked the bucket a few years back. I love how Sony basically copied the whole idea and came out with "trophies" and the score/level you get from achieving them. It is what it is though :shrug:

don't remember who coined it but Halo Reacharound is way more appropriate then Halo 3. sorry, but halo blows IMO. Blu Ray > Halo FTW

My gamerscore was something around 22,000, but I no longer have an Xbox anymore.

I guess the gamerscore feature was cool, but for the most part, I felt that most of my friends obsessed over it, and ended up not enjoying the games. :shrug:

If people can play without it ruining the game like that, then hey, I think that's awesome. :cool:

I had this annoying buddy, and all he cared about were damn achievements. He could take his favorite game EVER, and once all the achievements were gotten he would never play it again.

I like them as an added bonus to play and replay a game, but I don't care about getting every last one. Just the fun or intriguing ones. :shrug:

My score was 4400 last time I posted here, now it is 7275.

I went to gamestop and traided shit I don't play anymore and paid 44 bucks, Better than 63 and some change.
