If someone makes an ignorant claim, I'm going to point it out. There is no reason for people to live in ignorance. Especially when something as substantial as their health is at stake.
The simple fact is that a meat-based diet is the single-most unhealthy choice you can make when it comes to nutrition. So, in turn, any nutritional standard that bases itself around an animal-food based diet can not be considered healthy.
You can say you like it and that its delicious if you feel that way but you really can't call it healthy.

And well i eat meat... but i dont buy the frozen stuff in the super markets, i buy the meat in the butcher shop...

Well i prefer to spend 20-30 more minutes in my life for cooking to enjoy tasty and much healthier food then junk and fastfood...
