 likelihood of passing drug test

It was sprung on me today that I must take a drug test tomorrow for a job I'll be starting on Monday. I had no clue I'd be starting this job, but I was requested.
Perfect timing. The Saturday before last (about a week and half ago) I smoked marijuana for the first time in four years.
What is the likelihood I'll be able to pass the drug test? I drink a lot of water every day. Anything else I can do to increase my chances?

really? I'm pretty sure it is. And who the fuck are you to tell someone that they shouldn't take a job even if they need money because the employer requires a drug test. The OP said it was his first time in 4 years so it doesn't even seem like a big set back for him/her.
