Fucking shitty dude, I've got a small record running myself and have been thinking about quitting smoking until I finish college because I couldn't bear to lose my student aid  As one of my favorite members I definitely feel for you and hope you don't end up with jail time.
Funny as hell about them trying to search your computers though 
This news puts me in a bad mood though, and I was actually having some fun tonight 
When will this insanity finally stop? I just can't fathom how in this wonderful modern age, things ever got so fucked up

I wish I could fight it. I'm cleaned out now though, I'm already a poor college student. It'll be ok though, I was actually VERY calm throughout the whole thing. The people at the jail were like, "why the hell are you two here, you don't belong here." They never even booked us, just let us chill until the bail bondsman came in.
I'm going to have to get a public defender, and I'll fight as much as I can, but its not going to look good that I just got off probation for my paraphernalia offense. Back to drug propaganda classes, which I don't need at all.
All I do is enjoy my life and live the life I love. I was not out harming people in this town, I was smoking in the privacy of my own home with my wife.
I love all of you though, shroomery, I feel a lot of love and support back.

Jesus dude, sorry to hear that! Especially when you just finished dealing with the bullshit of that other miniscule possession charge. My condolences and best wishes go out to you and yours.
Sound like you might want to move to a decriminalized state though... If they get a warrant when you've got nothing on you really, it sounds like somebody somewhere is gunning for you pretty hard.

I've already done probation for a paraphernalia charge (no possession with it). It'll be my first possession charge ever, and my first technical paraphernalia charge (Because the last charge was dropped after my pretrial diversion program). I don't know what to expect. It'll definitely be misdemeanor, but I'm not expecting any sort of commutation. My state has been known to throw people in jail for possession. If so, it was great knowing you guys and I might disappear in a month from now.

Thanks a lot for the good vibes, and I feel like you're a positive contribution here as well. I'm saddened over all of this, but honestly, I am more happy at all the support I have gotten from my friends, both in real life and on line. Even the bail bondsman completely trusted me to bail me out without prior payment, and let me go get my money back at home and bring it back to him to bail my wife out as well. We sat and talked for a while after he bailed us out, he was actually a fairly cool guy. But all of my friends pulled through for me, and my shroomery family is as well

Yeah, I have a copy of the warrant right now. It actually specifies to look in electronic devices, but they were so inept at working macs that they didn't know where shit was. I could have gotten in a little trouble with what was on here, but they failed.

Yeah. All they got from me were some pipes, some seeds, and some 94 dollars in cash. It was really weak, and they looked highly disappointed. They also got those 2 lortabs... whatever, I think I can get that dropped. I will move to a decriminalized state as soon as I finish school and start to pursue a doctorate. I'm still going to do something in my field of study, but I now cannot become a doctor.

edit: what he said ^ haha. Get a good enough lawyer, and they will be begging you not to sue. You'll be a doctor if you choose.

Thats what I'm wondering too. Maybe somebody said something regarding getting weed for somebody from a friend of mine, I dont know, the possibilities are endless... hell, maybe it has something to do with my activism. The warrant came from outside of the police department that searched me, and some weird stuff has been going on the last few weeks anyway. I dont know if anyone remembers my post about someone coming to my front door and asking if I was _____, and then walking away without saying anything more afterwards.
Whatever they were looking for, they were sorely disappointed and actually built sympathy for the both of us among anyone we talked to. People want to see these marijuana laws changed, and all they are doing is poking the fire in me for activism. I'm going to fight this shit harder than ever now.

I can't believe how much they are tampering with your life for a few seeds and some paraphernalia. Its brutal. I would consider what entropymancer said about moving to another state. It wouldn't surprise me if someone does have something against you and it could be worse next time.
