I haven't listened to Throwdown in a long long time, but I wouldn't have compared them to Pantera ever.

Phil IS Pantera...I give tons of credit to Vinnie and Dime, but the voice of that band is Phil and its no wonder that they sucked until he came onto the scene. I also think DOWN is pretty damn good, one of my favorite bands hands down.

But as to the actual topic, yes, Throwdown is trying to be Pantera. I stopped listening to them immediately and blew their Myspace up with hate. That band can suck my dick.

I've thought this for awhile and usually find it to be true. I ask people all the time and usually get similar responses. I like analyzing the world though so I am a tad crazy :smile:
