If you're good at any instruments, you can make good money teaching simple lessons to beginners. All it'd take is some copies of pages out of music lesson books and a client, really. You can have them come once a week for 30 min or 1 hour sessions for a flat fee per session, and stipulate that if they don't give 24 hours notice when they can't make it to the lesson, they still pay for the lesson (or pay half price for the lesson). My friend used to teach 4-5 kids regularly, which only ended up being 2-3 hours a week, and was making $20-30 per half hour. He also had a student whose mother would always forget to cancel ahead of time so he'd get paid for nothing on those days.
You could also check in the "gigs" section of craigslist. There's bound to be someone looking for a person to come weed their lawn, mow the lawn, help paint, and other random odds and ends.

Look in the paper for dog breeders or puppy mills. Find a place with lack security and steal expensive or rare breeds.. Make sure you grab them before they put those GPS chips in there neck. Then sell them in the city to foreign owned pet stores/mills. These places will pay thousands of dollars for rare/expensive breeds.

Sell them in OTHER cities so you don't get busted. Good idea haha, they sell for like $900 a piece!

Yea this is a pretty decent way to make some extra money.. Also I know a person who only steals animals from shelters that are not very humane.. Doing this will not only help the animal but you can find them a good home and get paid in the process..

You would be suprised at what you find at shelters and mills. While you may not always find a rare breed your chances are good in finding an expensive breed... Plus Rottwilers and Pit Bulls always sell well. So do smaller dogs.. Boxers are popular. All decent priced breeds and not uncommon to see at shelters and anybody can find them in the newspaper..

I just don't know ANYBODY who would buy a purebred for very much money without papers  A rare breed *maybe* but just your regular expensive breeds aren't worth too much without documentation.

Scrape together some cash and buy a cheap $100 lawn mower and put an add in the local paper. You can undercut many of the larger lawn services by checking prices and its an easy way to make a buck. You would probably be surprised how many calls you get.This is assuming you have transportation.
