While I find this to be a true statement,we made the enviroment for the drug cartels to flourish......
I cant accept the second part though.
By that logic ,me not hiring a armed guard for my building made me the creator of a thief.........basically that logic sayes I created the the thief,because I had no razor wire and poision dart traps,its my fault some guy is a thief.
Now I agree it was my fault for not being as prepared as I could have been,but in no way did I create the thief,he already existed.He just simply found a place to flourish at.
