I think most American families can't incorporate casual marijuana use without completely changing the family dynamic.
I'd say you're at a point where you should honestly discuss drug use, but not encourage interaction like smoking together.
I think you two need to give your little sister a solid understanding of what's going on too, especially before DARE gets to her.

a few years ago i moved in with my mom and my brother. my brother, my mom, and i were all smoking weed at the time. but my mom and i didnt know each other was smoking. my mom would smoke with my brother, and tell him not to tell me. and i would smoke with my brother, and tell him not to tell her. one day my brother lit up a joint in front of the both of us. it was awkward for about 5 seconds, then we had a big laugh about it.
