Anno, did your isolated strain produce sclerotia on rye berries? Did you leave them in the jars long enough to produce sclerotia?

Yes, the strain began to produce sclerotia, then I had to put the jars into fridge for 2 weeks, because I went on vacations, then I cased it.

The biggest caps are about 1/2 in wide. Sorry guys, no spores from these. Apparently I isolated a sterile strain. The caps have been sitting on the glass slides for 18 hours now, and not a trace of a spore. Also the gills are very lightcolored :(

im looking at those stems man :) they still got growing to do :) yup light coloered gills, except where they are turning deep cold blue!
