But seriously though, does SWIM protect you if you do it for every single post and you have the disclaimer? I think not, but I don't know if it holds a tiny bit of weight which can help you or if it's completely, absolutely useless from a legal standpoint. If it's 0.8 useful on a scale of 1 to 10 as a opposed to 0, that's still something.
