So I leave the house @ 7:40am Babe says I will pass by and bring you coffee around 10...
So after 2 and some hours babe shows up with a empty cup spilled and says "I'm so pissed I spilled your coffee in the car..."
HUH?!
This is what I get so far he comes all the way to my job to tell me he spilled my coffee and so hands me an empty cup?
So What am I supposed to do... Drink it?

wondering what happened to your 10 o'clock coffee?
He was just being polite and stopping by your work like he said he would
and told you about the coffee while he was there

He was already on the way, might as well stop by and see you regardless.
Link him to this post - next time he'll just leave you hangin, or not stop by at all - since his efforts are clearly not appreciated.
