basically i'm thinking no, because since benzos are a muscle relaxer, when coming off the muscles will be more tense, and i dunno if its a good idea to over work my heart

I would just be careful and be conscious of just how I was feeling through out the day. I work at UPS and have never had any issues w/ muscle relaxers and stacking 1200 plus boxes all night. Granted I have only done this a handful of times, so I dont know.

Short answer: Shouldn't pose significant problems if you're reasonably healthy. The long answer I'm incapable of fulfilling because I'm neither an expert, nor do I possess the time or inclination necessary for research providing an informed response. Nevertheless, coming off a sustained period of benzodiazepine use into a period of muscular exertion is generally not as great a concern as coming off a period of sustained muscle relaxant use into a period of physical and muscular exertion. Take it as slow as your circumstances permit and pay close attention to your body.

i researched it, and while coming off benzos, it is advised to do NO HEAVY LIFTING. your muscles are going to be tense, its best to do gentle streches, hot baths, and breathing/relaxation techniques, all meant to help your muscles relax.
fyi - coming off benzos too fast can be deadly. i almost did die, even while following my doctors instructions (then she said i didn't even go thru withdrawls, which i most definitely did) anyway, be careful, and go extremely slow. i reccomend http://www.benzo.org.uk/manual/ for anyone trying to come off benzos.
there's alot of tricky aspects of weaning benzos, if you want to get it right the first time, read that manual.
my doctor didn't even warn me of the symptoms of withdrawal, i realized what was happening in time to avoid having a seizure. but every muscle in my body was so tense i was walking like frankenstein, and my doctor said i didn't have withdrawals so i weaned myself half as fast as she told me to and i'm fine.
