I was just sitting the other day and there was a "pop" on the front of my hip like a capillary just exploded. There is a slight bulge and a dull aching sensation, been going on for a couple days. There was a peripheral bruise at one point. It felt slightly better but now it aches pretty bad again.
I've been doing a lot of lifting and snow shoveling recently so this seems pretty likely.
Fuck.

It isn't nearly as pronounced as in the picture but there is a slightly discernible protrusion where the inguinal bump is above.
