Oh yeah, found this site for anybody here who cares: Logs It All. There's a logger for kettlebells on there for you bell heads. I think it may have some nifty features, but I haven't fiddled with it enough to know for certain.

I have been flipping through this thread and I am ready to give it a go. I need a good work out and doing old push ups, sit ups and chin ups are quite boring. Where can I go to find a Kettle bell?

Depends on how quickly you want yours. You can pick them up today at any Dick's Sporting Goods (Go Fit brand) for ~$70. If you search online you can find a few vendors that may have them for a little cheaper - but you'll have to pay shipping. If I didn't just take my first GB of the day I wouldn't be so high and would be able to ramble off a few brand names - but i'll have to come back later and fill in.
In the mean time, download "Enter the Kettlebell" (link to it in OP) and give it a read. I HIGHLY recommend following the exact layout it outlines. I also highly recommend starting with the 16kg kettlebell - regardless of your size (unless you're a big big man, then you can start w/ a 20 or 24).
Here's a link to the DragonDoor forum (they're a brand of KBs aswell as the administrators of the RKC certification) where a bunch of people are perpetually talking about KBs/fitness. http://kbforum.dragondoor.com/kettlebells-strength-conditioning-forum/
Let me know if you have any specific questions - just post 'em up or me
Welcome to the party

Good job on your transformation. I don't ever expect to reach as good a body comp as you have achieved, so that is a great and tangible achievement just from playing with 35lbs. Most guys who go to the gym never come close to what you have done.

That thing you do is kind of similar to a yoga pose, its fun to do.
I have been sick this week (h1n1 perhaps) due to excessive drinking for Halloween weekend. Last friday I made 3x3 with the 20kg. Feeling better today, going to go to the gym on friday.
Just got my vibrams in the mail today, so I will be trying them out. The heel extends a bit too far, but otherwise they fit fine, and seem to work great. Feels weird on the toes though.
-------------------- "A human being is part of the whole, called by us 'Universe'; a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest -- a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.
This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and affection for a few persons nearest us.
Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole nature in its beauty.
Nobody is able to achieve this completely but striving for such achievement is, in itself, a part of the liberation and a foundation for inner security."

Yeah, my friend's a yoga instructor. She taught me how to do the headstand -- i just progressed to the leg thing on my own
I'm workin on a neat chair trick that she's informed me is a yoga thing too.

Today's workout was a big milestone for me. I'n the past 1.5 weeks or so I've really been limited in the amount of ROP i've been able to do because of this epidiymitis. That means less C&P and less snatches
But, today was my heavy day and since I did C&Ps for my medium day this week, I wanted to see if I was on-track (despite my lack of "official" ROP exercises). Given my rate of progression today's heavy day should have been 4 x 1,2,3,4 and I was actually able to meet that. Now - My shoulders are WRECKED. But I did it. I think I was able to stay on track due to the huge amount of headstands & handstands/handstand pushups i've been doing. They really give the shoulder a workout, so I feel like they've stayed in shape (and even gotten stronger).
11/6/2009 -Warmup -4 x 1,2,3,4 C&P 16kg (on the last rung of each ladder (4 reps) I did strictly MP, no cleans. -24kg tw0handed swings -Cooldown & stretches

I am back at it, after being sick/sore for a week, + weak and beat up for another, due to halloween recklessness.
I've made a couple changes to my Program minimum.
1) Started wearing contacts, so i can see the clock.
2) I added walking lunges to my warm up.
3) When i am swinging, i do a set of 30 with each arm and then 20 seconds (or so) active rest.
Resting in between sets is keeping me from getting overly sweaty and makes the exercises more tolerable/controlled (i know, i know, should have done this from the beginning.) ________________________________________________________ I will be purchasing a 16kg or 40lb'r later today, even though i totally can't afford it. Hoping it'll last till March.
I also got an easier to read version of ETK on bit-torrent and it includes the video which i am finding very helpful.

Ok, so the fitness store only sells 10lb increments after 25lbs, so i had to choose from a 30lb or 40lb'r and i chose the 40.
Its a heavy SOB but i can swing it and TGU it, but with smaller reps than before. It feels great... MUCH more strenuous, especially on my grip.
Ill be following the program minimum for awhile before i can go into the ROP, snatches with this weight are daunting at this point.
Goodnews though - they gave me a full refund on the 25lb and let me use that as $ towards the 40. That was wonderful, considering i just got laid off.

Yep, sounds like you got a nice trade-in policy like YBYB had when he got his - thats very lucky for you. I'm glad to hear you got it, be sure to continue posting up your workouts
The PM should take you a couple of months to work through. Typically you move from the PM to the ROP when you can do 25 min of swings 30:30 (which is ~20/min or 500 total) and 20 TGU/side (alternating after each rep).
When I finished the 16kg PM I was unable to jump right to the ROP. I had to do the 24kg PM in order to get enough base strength to be able to handle the 16kg effectively in the ROP. Then again, i started this journey as an OBSCENELY weak individual -- so this will likeliy not be an issue for you. I just woke up and am tryin to wake my body up before I start my light day.
This week i'll be working on 5 x 1,2,3 (next week it'll be 5 x 1,2,3,4 and the following week -- 5 x 1,2,3,4,5).

Ok, good to know about the PM timeline Meams.
It is easy for me to rush with exercise type stuff, and i usually end up over-doing it and sabotaging my routine. As such, it is nice to bounce ideas and receive feedback from individuals like yourself.
Todays workout:
-Warmup -6 TGU's (struggling with left arm) -4x30 double arm swings. -2x20 halos
-------------------- GO OUTSIDE.
